Occipitotemporal sulcus on the lateral side of the temporal lobe,with its lateral Collateral sulcus,Lateral sulcus,Parallel to the hemispheric margin,The separation of the medial occipital temporal gyrus and the lateral occipital temporal gyrust,he path is first widened and then narrowed,and then it enters theoccipital lobe.The visual area in the superior and inferior peripheral cortex of the talar sulcus,the auditory language center behind the superior temporal gyrus,and the auditory space in the peripheral cortex of the temporalis gyrus and posterior cerebral artery are mainly responsible for the blood supply of temporal lobe,gyrus,hippocampus,fusiform gyrus and other structures.There are more important brain structures around the Occipitotemporal sulcus,For example,hippocampus are important for human learning and memory,stores short-term memories in life,The lateral ventricle filled with cerebrospinal fluid and the inferior Angle of the narrow lateral ventricle extending to the depth of the temporal lobe and the important basal ganglia that controls the voluntary movement of th human body.The area of frequent lesions,such as temporal lobe epilepsy,tumor,inflammation,vascular diseases and other diseases.So,accurate identification of Occipitotemporal sulcus in cross section,coronal,sagittal plane,stereotactic diagnosis is to provide anatomical imaging data for minimally invasive neurosurgery of temporal lobe lesions.In this experiment,30 normal adult brain MRI images were collected,The cartesian coordinate system is established by taking the midpoint of large ac-pc asthe zero point,T1W1 images of cross section,coronal,sagittal plane were obtained.To investigate the characteristics and spatial structure of the Occipitotemporal sulcus.The Occipitotemporal sulcus stereo location data set was obtained,the projection and plane regression equations are obtained by computer.Finally,image segmentation,reconstruction and repair of Occipitotemporal sulcus and its surrounding structures were carried out by 3d-doctor software,We expect to make a three-dimensional visualization model of the Occipitotemporal sulcus in the living brain.To provide clinical imaging,provide clinical imaging fortemporal lobe surgery around Occipitotemporal sulcus,Precise radiotherapy,Stereotactic anatomical digitized data.Objective:1.By exploring thin layer MRI images of the brain baseline with AC-PC line,To study the difference and regularity of the cross section,coronal,sagittal plane of the Occipitotemporal sulcus.2.The Occipitotemporal sulcus stereo localization data set and its plane projection regression equation were established based on AC-PC localization system.3.3D visualization of the Occipitotemporal sulcus by constructing MRI images of healthy adults in vivo,to reveal the space and location relationship of the Occipitotemporal sulcus,Anatomical features,The application of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery.Methods:1.Thirty healthy young adults were selected,including 15 females and 15 males.Continuous scanning of MRI T1W1 images was performed using AC-PC line as the baseline,set the thickness to 2mm,keep the skull in place during the scan.The MRI data of cross-section,coronal,sagittal plane were obtained,save and import e Film2.1workstation in Dicom3.0 format,in the software of "3D-Cursor",changes in the place of the Occipitotemporal sulcus in cross-section,coronal,sagittal plane and continuous morphological characteristics were observed.2.MRI data of 30 healthy young adults were obtained by scanning,after importing Photoshop CS software package and image registration,take the midpoint of AC-PC connection as the origin of 3d spatial coordinates,construct 3d coordinate system and find the triaxial coordinates of the inner edge Occipitotemporal sulcus were measured and read,and keep a record.Summary and processing the measured data using Excel,Draw the projection scatter diagram of the medial margin of the Occipitotemporal sulcus,The software deal with the data is SPSS 22.0,the spatial fitting curve plane regression equation of the medial margin of the Occipitotemporal sulcus is obtained.3.Brain thin-layer MRI scan data of 1 healthy adult female were selected,imported into 3d-doctor software,the temporal sulcus of the brain and its surrounding lateral ventricle and brain longitudinal structure were segmented by hand,the outline of the brain's outer surface was reconstructed in three dimensions and then marked with different colors.Results:1.The structure of the occipito-temporal sulcus at the T1 MR continuous layer was accurately identified,and the morphological rules and position changes of the occipito-temporal sulcus were obtained.2.The stereoscopic localization data set of the medial margin of the Occipitotemporal sulcus,its projection distribution and regression equation in transverse,coronal and sagittal planes were established.3.The 3d visual model of the Occipitotemporal sulcus and its adjacent important brain tissues was successfully constructed.Conclusion:1.The occipito-temporal sulcus is easy to recognize in cross section.It is parallel to the cerebral hemispheric margin and runs in the front and back direction,extending posteriorly to the occipito-temporal lobe.It is the boundary between the occipito-temporal medial gyrus and the occipito-temporal lateral gyrus.It is mainly divided into "wave" type,"()" type and "3" type.A combination of "3d-cursor" and "continuous tracking" technology is used to identify the occipital temporal sulcus,which has different shapes in the transverse,coronal and sagittal planes.It provides anatomical basis for the approach of temporal lobe disease and occipito-temporal sulcus surgery.2.Provides an accurate anatomical basis for the localization of lesions in the area surrounding the Occipitotemporal sulcus,it has the larger research significance of temporal lobe function and the imaging localization diagnosis of temporal lobe diseases,minimally invasive craniocerebral surgery and stereotactic neurosurgery.3.By constructing a three-dimensional visual model of the Occipitotemporal sulcus,the spatial relationship between the Occipitotemporal sulcus and the surrounding brain tissue structure available from the three-dimensional perspective,which is helpful for the adjuvant treatment of the lesions in this area and the formulation of surgical plans.Reduce the risk that may appear in the operation,raise clinical patient cure rate of disease.
