Analysis Of The Clinical Effect Of Different Packing Materials After Endoscopic Surgery

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of different packing materials of nasoabsorbent sponge combined with velum and expansion sponge combined with velum after endoscopic sinus surgery,so as to provide more suitable packing materials for nasal cavity packing after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods: From July 2018 to July 2019,80 patients with nasosinusitis who were hospitalized in the otolaryngology department of our hospital for FESS operation were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group filled with Senna cotton suction combined with velum after FESS operation and the control group of expansion sponge combined with velum.To observe,evaluate and analyze the postoperative pain in the nasal cavity,the pain in the nasal cavity and the degree of headache(NRS),the degree of nasal obstruction(VAS),and the swelling of the nasal mucosa of the two groups,respectively,so as to judge the curative effect.When p > 0.05,there was no statistical significance between the two groups.When p < 0.05,there was statistical significance between the two groups,so as to evaluate the clinical effect of different packing materials after endoscopic sinus surgery.Results: there were 80 cases in this study,40 cases were filled with nasoabsorbent and Velcro,40 cases were filled with expanded sponge and Velcro,there was no significant difference in age and gender between the two groups(P > 0.05).1.RNs score of pain degree and headache degree in the first,second and third day after operation and when removing the nasal packing: the first day after operation in the nasosinusing cotton combined with velum group There was no significant difference between nasopharynx pain of D group and nasopharynx group;the pain of nasopharynx in nasopharynx group was less than that in nasopharynx group at the 2nd,3rd and removal of nasal packing,the difference was statistically significant.(T values were0.71,-5.09,-3.51,-5.33,-2.17,respectively,except for the pain in the nasal cavity on the first day after operation(P > 0.05),the rest(P < 0.05)2.VAS score of patients with nasal obstruction during post-operative filling: the degree of nasal obstruction in nasoabsorption combined with velum group was lower than that in expansion sponge combined with velum group,the difference was statistically significant(t value was-9.79,P < 0.01).3.The swelling of nasal mucosa in the two groups after operation: the stuffing was removed on the third day after operation,and the swelling of nasal mucosa was observed.The swelling degree of nasal mucosa in the group of nasoabsorption combined with velum was lower than that in the group of expansion sponge combined with velum,which was statistically significant(t value was-5.28,P < 0.05).Conclusion: after endoscopic surgery,the patients' pain can be reduced,the swelling and congestion of nasal mucosa can be reduced,and the overall comfort of the patients is high,which is worth popularizing in clinical.
