Clinical Application Of Double Blepharoplasty With Internal Fixation Of Palpebral Margin Incision

ObjectiveTo compared the advantages,disadvantages and clinical effects of double blepharoplasty with palpebral margin incision,traditional incision and catgut embedding.MethodsThis study selected 115 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in the plastic surgery clinic of our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018,all of them were women with single eyelid surgery.The operation method was selected according to the random number table method and divided into three groups: observation group(n = 38),control group(n = 47)and control group(n = 30).The postoperative effects of the three groups were observed,and the cases of double eyelid fold asymmetry,double eyelid Radian not smooth,postoperative swelling,incision scar,double eyelid line disappearance or shallower were recorded and statistically analyzed.At the same time,the patients were followed up for 6 months,and the satisfaction rates of the three groups were compared 6 months after operation.Through the above indexes,the advantages and disadvantages and clinical value of three different surgical methods were analyzed.ResultsThe three surgical methods were all mature double eyelid formation.during the follow-up one month after operation,the postoperative swelling occurred in 4 cases of double eyelid formation with internal fixation of palpebral margin incision and 20 cases with traditional incision,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).Compared with 1 case of postoperative swelling by catgut embedding method,there was no significant difference between the two groups.During the 6-month follow-up,there were 2 cases of double eyelid scar formation with eyelid margin incision and 11 cases with traditional incision,and there was significant differencebetween the two groups(P < 0.05).Compared with no incision scar in catgut embedding method,there was no significant difference between the two groups.During the 6-month follow-up,there was no disappearance or shallowness of the double eyelid line in the eyelid margin incision and the traditional incision,which was significantly different from that in 4 cases(P < 0.05).Six months after operation,the satisfaction rate of double eyelid formation with internal fixation of palpebral margin incision was 94.45%,which was higher than that of traditional incision method(83.32%)and catgut embedding method(82.75%).ConclusionCompared with the traditional incision,the double eyelid plasty with internal fixation of palpebral margin incision has advantages in postoperative swelling and incision scar,and has an advantage in the persistence of double eyelid effect compared with catgut embedding method.In clinical application,double eyelid plasty with internal fixation of palpebral margin incision combines the advantages of traditional incision and catgut embedding method,and has the advantages of mild postoperative swelling,no obvious scar,long-lasting and reliable effect of double eyelid,and has a higher satisfaction rate than traditional incision and catgut embedding method.it has the practical significance of cosmetic application,and can be used as a supplementary method of double eyelid surgery,which is worth popularizing.
