Objective:to investigate the relationship between anxiety disorder,depression and sex,glycosylated hemoglobin level,diabetic history,severity and duration of diabetic foot ulcer in diabetic foot patients.Methods:96 cases of diabetes mellitus patients in the third people's Hospital of Bengbu were collected.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of patients with diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot.Gender,age,glycosylated hemoglobin level,diabetic history,duration and severity of diabetic foot ulcers were recorded.Theseverity of diabetic foot ulcers was judged by Wagner classification.To compare the prevalence of anxiety and depression between diabetic patients and diabetic foot patients,and to compare the prevalence of anxiety and depression among the patients with diabetic foot,so as to understand the mental health of the patients more carefully.To understand the anxiety and depression of patients with diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot,to provide more comprehensive information for the clinicians to diagnose and treat the related diseases early,and to help the patients get rid of the disease.Results:In the diabetic foot group,the total incidence of anxiety group was 38.3%,and the total incidence of depression was 51.7%.The incidence of depression in HBA1C?8%patients was 73.5%,which was significantly higher than that in HBA1C<8%patients(23.1%)(P<0.05).The incidence of anxiety in females was significantly higher than that in males,But it's not statistically significant..and there was no significant difference in the incidence of depression between males and females.The incidence of anxiety in Wagner grade 0-1,grade 2-3,and grade 4-5 Patients were 23.8%,35.3%and 54.5%,respectively.The incidence of anxiety increased with the Wagner grade.The incidence of depression in Wagner grade 0-1,grade 2-3 and grade 4-5 Patients were 38.1%,47.1%and 68.2%,respectively(P<0.05).The incidence of depression is Positively correlated with Wagner grade(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of anxiety and depression in diabetic patients with diabetic foot higher than those without diabetic foot.It is positively correlated with the gender,glycosylated hemoglobin level,and duration of diabetic foot ulcers in patients with diabetic foot.It seriously affects the life quality of diabetic foot patients.
