Objective:To explore the pregnancy outcomes and clinical analysis of pregnant women with hypothyroidism who lived in Tongliao for a long time. Methods:From December 2018 to January 2020,a long-term resident of Tongliao District established an obstetrics clinic in the obstetrics clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities and treated the pregnant women with endocrinology.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 cases were selected as the research objects.Clinical hypothyroidism(OH)group(n?28,divided into two groups according to TSH test results in late pregnancy and TSH non-compliance),subclinical hypothyroidism(SCH)group(n=44,according to TSH test results in late pregnancy For the two groups that met the TSH standard and failed to meet the TSH standard, the pregnant women who established the obstetric file at the obstetric outpatient clinic at the same time were selected as the normal control group(n?108).Blood pressure, blood glucose, nail function test indicators, etc.,followed the delivery of pregnant women in each group and the adverse pregnancy outcomes.Result:1 There is no statistically significant difference in the general data of clinical hypothyroidism group, subclinical hypothyroidism group and normal hyperthyroidism group such as age, pregnancy, height, weight,BMI,blood pressure and blood glucose(P? 0.05).2 Compared with the control group, the incidence of miscarriage, premature delivery, and low birth weight in the clinical hypothyroidism group were statistically different(P?0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of placental abruption(P?0.05);Compared with the control group, the incidence of low birth weight in the subclinical hypothyroidism group was statistically significant(P?0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in abortion, premature delivery, and placental abruption(P?0.05).3 Compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant ifference in the occurrence of miscarriage, premature delivery, low birth weight infants and placental abruption in the TSH compliance group(P?0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in the abortion and low birth weight infants in the TSH failure(P?0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of premature delivery and placental abruption(P? 0.05);compared with the TSH compliance group, there was a statistically significant difference in the miscarriage and low birth weight infants in the non-compliance group(P?0.05),There was no statistically significant difference between premature delivery and placental abruption(P?0.05).4 Compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of miscarriage, premature delivery, low birth weight infants and placental abruption in the TSH compliance group(P?0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in the abortion and low birth weight infants in the TSH failure(P?0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between premature delivery and placental abruption(P?0.05);compared with the TSH compliance group, there was a statistically significant difference in the occurrence of miscarriage in the non-compliant group(P?0.05),premature delivery, low weight There was no significant difference in the occurrence of abruption between infants and placenta(P?0.05).Conclusion:Pregnancy combined with hypothyroidism is likely to increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as miscarriage, premature delivery, low birth weight and placental abruption. Therefore, attention should be paid to the screening of thyroid function before pregnancy and pregnancy and the prevention and treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Early diagnosis and regular treatment can reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes and promote maternal and child health.
