The Influence Of First And Second Pregnancy Hypothyroidism On Pregnancy Outcome

Objective:To investigate the clinical impact of first and second pregnancy hypothyroidism on pregnancy outcome.Methods:From February 2014 to November 2014 were retrospectively analyzed in our regular prenatal 28 weeks earlier diagnosis of pregnancy with clinical hypothyroidism(68 cases) and pregnancy with subclinical hypothyroidism(20 cases) and eventually choose 88 cases in our hospital childbirth pregnant women, selected from the same period we normal pregnant women in childbirth 72 cases as a contrast, comparison between the three groups of gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, the incidence of pregnancy with anemia,placental abruption and perinatal occurred less than gestational age son, preterm birth,congenital hypothyroidism and cesarean section of the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Results:Pregnancy with clinical hypothyroidism group in the incidence of gestational hypertension disease(20.59%), less than the incidence of gestational age son(22.06%) is significantly higher than normal control group(6.94%, 6.94%), the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05); And two groups of pregnancy with anemia, gestational diabetes, the incidence of placental abruption, premature delivery, cesarean section rate is no statistical significance(P > 0.05); Pregnancy with subclinical hypothyroidism group in the incidence of various complications during pregnancy and perinatal situation compared with control group,there were no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions:Clinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy can partly be affected to some extent the pregnancy, clinically for merger hypothyroidism hypertension during pregnancy, pregnant women should actively improve we situation.Pregnancy with hypothyroidism has influence on pregnant women,so we should pay attention to clinical thyroid function tests for pregnant women, and do early discovery 、 early intervention,to achieve the purpose of improve the pregnancy and social harmony.
