Clinical Observation Of Mongolian Medicine Zadi-5 In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zadi-5 In the Treatment of Ventricular Premature Beats.Methods:72 patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each grope,which are selected in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Jiruhendaolegesule-Heyixing and the standard of the Ventricular Premature Beats.The treatment group with Zadi-5,the control group with that compound Propafenone Hydrochloride tablets,the efficacy were compared after 4 weeks.Results:the efficacy of treatment group was 9.7%,the total effective rate was 90.3%,the control group was 12.9%,the total efficiency of 83.9%,have good effect for the treatment group and the control group,but no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The Mongolian medicine syndrome effect the efficiency of the treatment group was 16.1%,the total effective rate was 93.5%,the control group was 12.9%,the total efficiency of 87.1%,have good effect of the treatment group and the control group,but no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of the curative effect of Mongolian medicine syndrome,there were significant differences in symptoms such as palpitation,dizziness,insomnia,tinnitus,fatigue,giddiness and dreaminess in the treatment group before and after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).However,the therapeutic effects of the control group on insomnia,tinnitus,fatigue and dreaminess were not different,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).24 lead ECG ST segment,the treatment group has significant difference between before and after of treatment(P<0.05),the control group has too,no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Through the observation of two groups of patients with blood,urine routine,liver,renal function tests before and after treatment,no significant difference(P>0.05),there were no obvious abnormal changes and other side effects.Conclusion:Zadi-5 is treatment for Ventricular Premature Beats efficiently,safety,Mongolian medicine in clinical on can rest assured that the use and promote.
