Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of mongolian-western medicine combined therapy in the treatment of hypothyroidism.Methods:A total of 60 outpatients diagnosed with hypothyroidism and meeting the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of Affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each.Control group:before breakfast:levothyroxine sodium tablets 25ug,after two weeks increase to 50ug,warm water to take.Observation group:after breakfast:Sugemule-10,15 tablets;before lunch:Alatan aru-5,15 tablets;after dinner:Narenmandula,15 tablets;and before breakfast:levothyroxine sodium tablets 25ug,after two weeks increase to 50ug,all the above medicines should be taken with warm water.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks(28 days),Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and changes of FT3,FT4 and TSH indexes before and after treatment,after one week,two weeks,three weeks,and after four weeks;At the end of the observation,the statistical significance of the data was analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,and that of the control group was 76.70%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),that is,the effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group.2.Symptom scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P?<0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group decreased better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment FT3,FT4 and TSH in the two groups were significantly better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P?<0.05).The improvement of TSH in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P*<0.05).Conclusion:1.Integrated Mongolian and western medicine in the treatment of hypothyroidism can significantly improve the overall clinical efficacy.2.The combination of Mongolian and western medicine is better than western medicine in improving clinical symptoms.3.The combination of Mongolian and western medicine is superior to western medicine in improving TSH.
