At present, due to China's large population and uneven distribution of medical resources,China's demand for medical care is huge and concentrated. This reflects the contradiction between today's people's growing need for a better life and uneven and inadequate development. In addition, the quality of medical services provided by medical service providers is uncertain and different. In the course of China's medical reform practice, medical service providers have introduced some payment systems that are different from traditional commodities' and play a different role in regulating the matching of medical resources. Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to do some in-depth and multi-dimensional analysis and research on the service industry with different and uncertain service quality. This thesis takes the service with quality uncertainty and difference as the research object, and takes the imbalance and inadequate matching of medical service resources as the research background. This thesis makes an in-depth and comprehensive study on the decision of the payer to choose the payment system and the medical service provider to choose the treatment intensity. This thesis studies three payment methods for medical services:Fee-For-Service,Bundled Payment and Cost Sharing.Through the analysis of a two-stage game model, this thesis will show the effect of patient type on the treatment intensity of providers under three payment systems, and explore the difference of the decision variables and expected utility of supply chain members under different payment methods. This thesis will provide effective advice for the reform of China's medical industry and the construction of medical payment systems. The main innovations of this study are the following two points:(1)The research object of this thesis is a special service product with different and uncertain quality;(2)This thesis proposes a new medical payment system that can provide a reference plan for medical reform practice.
