Observation On The Clinical Efficacy On The Treatment Of Slow Transit Constipation Of Yang Deficiency In Spleen And Kidney By Tonifying Fire And Supplementing Earth And Invigorating Blood

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on the treatment of slow transit constipation caused by Yang deficiency in Spleen and Kidney though tonifying fire and supplementing earth and invigorating bloodMethods:In this study,a total of 72 patients with slow transit constipation caused by Yang deficiency in Spleen and Kidney were chosen according the standard and were randomly divided into Tonifying fire and Supplementing earth and Invigorating blood treatment group with 36 patients and procarbil succinate control group with 36 patients.3 cases were lost in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.67 cases were clinically observed,including 33 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.The treatment course of the two groups was 4 weeks.The symptoms of the patients and the improvement quality of life in the two groups before and after treatment were compared and statistically analyzed,and then to evaluate its efficacyResults:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,main symptoms and secondary symptoms scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)2.After a 4-week treatment:The total effective rate was 87.88%in the treatment group and 79.41%in the control group.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total score of main symptoms in both the treatment group and the control group was improved as compared with that before treatment(P<0.05)Compared with the scores of quality of life,both groups showed significant improvement before and after treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment,there was no difference in the symptoms,including defecation interval,defecation time,fecal quality and defecation difficulty between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in cold pain in the stomach duct and abdomen,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,clear abundant urine and lack of warmth in the limbs(P<0.05).In terms of the recurrence rate 1 month after the end of treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:The treatment group has definite curative effect on spleen and kidney yang deficiency type slow transit constipation,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and has good long-term curative effect and safety,which can be further studied and popularized clinically.
