| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of “Bu Pi Tiao Du” massage on pediatric nocturnal crying with syndrome of accumulated heat in heart channel,and objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of “Bu Pi Tiao Du” massage in clinical practice treatment of pediatric nocturnal crying with syndrome of accumulated heat in heart channel which provides a new idea and optimized pediatric massage treatment method.Methods: This study Introduced a practical randomized controlled trial clinical research method which included 72 cases of children with nocturnal crying with syndrome of accumulated heat in heart channel.According to the random allocation plan,they were divided into a research group of 36 cases and an observation group of 36 cases.The research group used the “Bu Pi Tiao Du” massage method as the main dialectic addition and subtraction treatment.The observation group used conventional massage treatment.All cases were treated with 1 week as a course of treatment,for a total of 2 consecutive courses of treatment.Observe the main and secondary symptoms between the two groups of children before and after treatment,complete the observation scale score,perform statistical analysis based on the obtained data and make a therapeutic effect evaluation.Results:1.Comparison of the scores of the main symptoms between the two group: the comparison of the scores between the two groups before and after the treatment of the main symptoms was P<0.001,which was statistically significant,indicating that the main symptoms were improved compared with that before the treatment.The comparison of the scores of the main symptoms after treatment between the two groups was P<0.05 in terms of difficulty falling asleep,nighttime sleep time,nighttime crying time and re-sleeping time,the difference was statistically significant,and the result was(P=0.362> 0.05),there is no statistically significant difference,indicating that except for sleepy sweating,the improvement of the main symptoms in the research group is better than that in the observation group.2.Comparison of the scores of the secondary symptoms between the two group: the comparison of the scores between the two groups before and after treatment is P<0.001,which is statistically significant,indicating that the symptoms of the two syndromes are improved compared with before treatment.Comparing the scores of the secondary symptoms after treatment between the two groups,the results of red urine,red face,and irritability in the urine were P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The results of constipation symptoms(P=0.892>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference,Except for constipation,the improvement of each symptom in the research group was better than that in the observation group.3.Comparison of the total scores of the major and minor diseases in the two groups:the comparison of the total scores of the major and minor diseases after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Explained that after treatment,the syndromes of the two groups' patients were improved compared with before,and the study group was significantly better than the observation group.4.Efficacy evaluation of the two groups: the total effective rate of the study group was 91.43% at the end of the course of treatment;the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the overall efficacy of the study group was better than that of the observation group.Conclusion:1.The therapeutic effect of “Bu Pi Tiao Du” massage method as the main dialectic addition and subtraction to treat pediatric nocturnal crying with syndrome of accumulated heat in heart channel is definite,which is better than that of the observation group in general.2.“Bu Pi Tiao Du” massage method as the main dialectic addition and subtraction is an optimized pediatric massage treatment method for pediatric nocturnal crying with syndrome of accumulated heat in heart channel. |
