Clinical Study Of Weiling Yangwei Decoction In Treating Hp-Related Erosive Gastritis

Objective:This topic is aimed at Hp resistance in erosive gastritis in clinical treatment and re-infection after eradication.Based on the preliminary clinical research foundation of Weiling Yangwei Decoction for the treatment of gastric epilepsy by a professor of famous Chinese medicine in Yunnan Province.The clinical study of Weitang on the treatment of erosive gastritis(CEG)with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection,to observe its clinical efficacy and safety,and provide effective drugs and reference basis for the treatment of CEG with Hp infection by traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine.Methods:In this subject,a randomized and controlled research method was used to randomly divide 108 cases of CEG combined with Hp-positive patients in the outpatient department of the Spleen and Gastroenterology Department of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yunnan Province into 54 treatment groups and 54 control groups.Treatment group Oral Weiling Yangwei Decoction(Yunnan Weilingxian,Northern Adenophora,Orchid Ginseng,Horseshoe,Red Ginseng,Xiaobaiji,Cockroach,Chonglou,Fried Atractylodes,Poria,Orange Peel,Faxia,Fried Scutellaria,Chuanhuanglian,Licorice),7days for 1 course,taking 4 courses;the control group oral rabeprazole sodium enteric capsules,furazolidone tablets,amoxicillin capsules,bismuth potassium citrate capsules,7days for 1 course,After taking 2 courses,he changed to oral rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules and continued treatment for 2 courses.After 4 courses of treatment,the two groups compared the observation indexes such as Hp eradication rate,mucosal recovery under gastroscopy and TCM symptom score after treatment.Results:1.HP was reexamined 28 days after the end of treatment.The eradication rate ofHP was 76.00% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group,P > 0.05.There was no statistical significance between the two groups,indicating that Weiling Yangwei decoction had the effect of anti HP.2.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.In terms of improving clinical symptoms:(1)comparison of total effective rate between the two groups: 98.00% in the treatment group and 52.00% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)The total score of symptoms of the two groups: before and after treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),indicating that in improving the clinical symptoms of CEG with HP infection,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).4.In the treatment group,50 cases(4 cases of shedding)were divided into 16 cases(32.00%)of spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome,13 cases(26.00%)of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome,and 9 cases(18.00%)of cold and heat syndrome,8cases of spleen deficiency syndrome(16.00%),4 cases of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome(0.02%).The main indications of Weiling Yangwei Decoction in the treatment of CEG combined with Hp positive are spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome,liver and stomach discordant syndrome,cold and heat miscellaneous syndrome,and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome.5.During the treatment,there were no abnormalities in the routine hematuria,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients.Conclusion: 1.Weiling Yangwei Decoction can effectively eradicate Hp by treating CEG with Hp infection,significantly repair gastric mucosa,and effectively improve clinical symptoms.2.Weiling Yangwei Decoction can treat patients with CEG accompanied with Hp infectionin the syndromes of spleen and stomach dampness and heat,liver and stomach disharmony,cold and heat syndrome,spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.The first four syndrome types are the main clinical indications.3.Welling Yangwei Decoction is safe to treat CEG with Hp infection,no adverse reactions and toxic and side effects are found,and the price is low and the patient's compliance is good.It is worth further clinical application and in-depth research.
