Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenchayin in the treatment of hyperuric emia of damp heat type,evaluate its efficacy and safety,and provide basis and ref erence for the treatment of hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine.At the s ame time,to understand the changes of dietary habits of hyperuricemia population,to analyze the relationship between dietary habits and the incidence of hyperuricemi a,and to provide reasonable health guidance for the prevention and treatment of thi s disease.Methods:72 hyperuricemia of damp heat type patients were divided into experimenta l group and control group,36 in each group.The patients agreed and signed the in formed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.The control group was giv en basic treatment such as low purine diet guidance,sports education and so on.T he experimental group was combined with Shenchayin on the basis of the control g roup,and combined with diet habits investigation.Three months was a term of trea tment and one term of treatment was observed.This study observed and recorded t he changes of uric acid level and TCM syndrome score before and after the test.T he researchers used self-designed dietary habits questionnaire to understand the chan ges of dietary habits of the two groups before and after treatment.Result:1 After treatment,UA in the experimental group and the control group are both de creased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,UA in the experimental group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 After treatment,ALT in the experimental group is decreased compared with the v alue that before the treatment,and ALT in the control group is increased compared with the value that before the treatment.The difference of ALT in the experimenta l group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differen ce of AST between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).AST in th e experimental group is decreased compared with the value that before the treatmen t,and AST in the control group is increased compared with the value that before t he treatment.The difference of AST between the experimental group and the contro l group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 After treatment,TG in the experimental group was lower than that before treatme nt,while TG in the control group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in TG level between the two groups b efore and after treatment(P>0.05).4 There was no significant difference in CHOL between the two groups after treat ment(P>0.05).After treatment,CHOL in the experimental group decreased compare d with that before treatment,while it increased slightly in the control group compar ed with that before the treatment.However,there was significant difference in CHO L level before and after treatment in the experimental group(P<0.05).5 After treatment,the Cr of the experimental group and the control group decrease d significantly(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 The effective rate of the experimental group was 81.25% and that of the control group was 20.69%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signific ant(P<0.05);the improvement of TCM syndrome score between the experimental g roup and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).7 After treatment,the patients in the two groups took more leafy vegetables and fr uits and nuts than before treatment,intake less amount of bean products,bacteria and algae,viscera and seafood,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),t he other dietary intake and frequency were generally the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment,patients in the two groups took in more fiber and less total energy,protein and fat,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The changes of other nutrients intake are basically the same,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Both the experimental group and the control group can reduce the TCM syndrom e score,and the experimental group is better than the control group.2 Both the experimental group and the control group can reduce the level of hyper uricemia,and the effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.3 Shenchayin is convenient to take,this treatment is safety and with curative effect.It can be used in clinical promotion.4 The results of this study showed that the diet preference of high fat and purine i n the two groups was improved by compared with the value that before the treatm ent.After the treatment,the diet mode gradually changed to the low purine and mu lti-dietary fiber mode.At the same time,the improved diet mode had a positive eff ect on the decrease of uric acid,which could be popularized in patients.
