Study On Chemical Constituents From Euonymus Amygdalifolius Franch

There are about 850 species of Euonymus in Celastraceae,mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions.Most of the plants of this genus can be used for medicine,and are mainly used for treating traumatic in Jury,rheumatic arthralgia,amenorrhea dysmenorrhea,wormy abdominal pain,venomous snake bite,etc.In this paper,the chemical constituents of Euonymus amygdalifolius Franch,a plant belonging to the genus Euonymus of Celastraceae were studied.This paper consists of two chapters.In the first chapter,the chemical constituents of Euonymus amygdalifolius Franch were studied.Various separation and purification methods(including silica gel column chromatography,ODS chromatography,sephadex LH-20 chromatography,semi-preparative liquid phase,etc.)were used to separate 95% ethanol extract of Euonymus amygdalifolius Franch and led to identify 22 compounds.The structural types of the compounds mainly involve triterpenes,flavonoids,sterols,amides,etc.the isolated were identified as: taraxerol(1),sophoradiol(2),taraxerone(3),sorghumol(4),heptaecanoic acid(5),octadecenoic acid(6)?-sitosterol(7),daucosterol(8),epifriedelinol(9),friedelin(10),lupin(11),hexadecanoic acidglyceride(12),hexadecanoic acid(13),naringenin(14),luteolin(15),kaempferol(16),quercitrin(17),rutin(18),24,24-Dimethyl-reissant-7(8)-25-dien-3?-ol(19),euonyl(20),1-O-?-D-glucose-N-docosanoyl-hexadecanoic-4,10(E,E)-diensphingosine glycoside(21),lupeol acetate(22);Among them,compounds 11 to 22 were isolated from Euonymus amygdalifolius Franch for the first time,and compound 21 was isolated from Euonymus for the first time.The second chapter summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Euonymus plants reported in the past ten years.
