Effect Of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Jiajian Decoction On SST2 And The Cardiac Function In Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy Of Heart-Yang Deficiency

Objective The aim of the study was to observe the effect of Huangqi Guizhiwiwu decoction on sST2 level,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma NT-ProBNP level,TCM syndromes and quality of life in Xinyang underdeveloped cardiomyopathy.Methods The survey data were selected from 80 patients with cardiac yang deficiency dilated cardiomyopathy treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019,and were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,beta blockers,diuretics,spironolactone,digitalis and other anti-heart failure.On the basis of routine treatment,the study group carried out Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,composed of Astragalus membranaceus 60g,Guizhi 18g,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 15g,Radix Paeoniae Alba 15g,Ginger 12g and Jujube 6.The above drugs were added in 600mL water and fried to 2 100 mL,1 dose per day,once daily,morning and evening,for 6 weeks.The ST2 levels,NT-proBNP levels,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM syndrome scores,and Minnesota quality of life scores were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result 1.Plasma sst2 levels,nt-probnp levels,left ventricular ejection fraction,tcm syndrome scores,minnesota heart failure quality of life scores were significantly different after treatment in the two groups(p<0.05).After treatment,the treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the end-diastolic diameter between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Compared between the two groups after treatment,the study group could significantly reduce the end-diastolic diameter of left ventricle than the control group,but showed no statistical difference.3.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the study group was 70.0%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was 45.0%,the total effective rate of NYHA heart function in the study group was 87.5%,and the total effective rate of NYHA heart function in the control group was 72.5%.The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group.4.There was no obvious abnormality in the safety observation index before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion The application of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Jiaxiao Decoction in patients with heart-yang deficient dilated cardiomyopathy can effectively improve the patient's ST2,NT-proBNP biochemical level,left heart ejection fraction(LVEF),improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and then improve the heart function and quality of life of patients,and provide reference and guidance for clinical treatment and drug application and have the value of clinical research and popularization.
