Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Sini Decoction in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke and yang deficiency,and to explore the mechanism of its effect.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria established by the clinical study,80 patients who met the inclusion criteria and completed the clinical trial were divided into a treatment group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Western medicine and conventional rehabilitation treatment.The treatment group was given Jiawei Sini Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment in both groups was 28 days.FMA)motor function score,modified Rankin Scale(MRS)score,and changes in plasma levels of cyclic adenosine phosphate(cAMP)and cyclic guanosine phosphate(cGMP).Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the control group was 75.67%;the total effective rate of the treatment group was94.73%.The efficacy data of the two groups were tested by rank sum test P<0.05.(2)Comparison of TCM symptom scores: There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups of patients before treatment (P > 0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before,and the data in the treatment group decreased more Obviously(P <0.05),the treatment group improved the TCM symptom score of patients better than the control group.(3)Comparison of short-form Fugl-Meyer(FMA)motor function scores:there was no statistical difference in short-form Fugl-Meyer(FMA)motor function scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P> 0.05);The Fugl-Meyer(FMA)motor function scores were all higher than before,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P <0.05).The short-term Fugl-Meyer(FMA)motor function score was improved in the treatment group and was better than the control group.(4)Comparison of modified Rankin scale(MRS)scores: There was no significant difference in the modified Rankin scale(MRS)scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P> 0.05);both of the modified Rankin scale(MRS)scores of the two groups of patients were after treatment.Compared with the previous improvement,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious(P <0.05),the improved Rankin Scale(MRS)score of patients in the improvement group was better than that in the control group.(5)Comparison of cAMP and cGMP results: There was no statistical difference in plasma cAMP and cGMP concentrations between the two groups of patients before treatment.After treatment,the plasma cAMP content of both groups increased,but the treatment group increased more significantly;the plasma cGMP content of both groups decreased.Comparison of cAMP content between the two groups after treatment,P <0.05;comparison of cGMP content between the two groups after treatment,P <0.05;there was a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion: Jiawei Sini Decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke and Yang deficiency syndrome,which can effectively improve the motor function and daily life ability of patients with ischemic stroke and Yang deficiency syndrome,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The increase of plasma cAMP level and the decrease of cGMP level in the body cause the regulatory function of the body.
