Clinical Effect Of Jiawei Shuxuetongmai Prescription On The Recovery Period Of Ischemic Stroke Of Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis

Objective:The aim of this study is to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of the formula of Jiawei Shuxuetongmai Prescription in the treatment of patients with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis in the recovery period of ischemic stroke.Methods : Sixty subjects recovering from ischaemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment to improve cerebral circulation,anti-platelet aggregation,lipid regulation and plaque stabilization,and blood pressure and blood glucose control,etc.The experimental group was treated with the addition of the Blood Drainage and Blood Circulation Formula and observed for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed by using the Chinese Medicine Evidence Score,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS score),the Ability to Perform Daily Activities Scale(Barthel Index)and serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and homocysteine(HCY)indexes before and after treatment respectively.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing of the data.P<0.05 indicates a statistical difference.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in the comparison of general information before treatment(P>0.05).2.Clinical efficacy: After 4weeks of clinical treatment,the total effective rate was 90% in the test group and 66.7% in the control group,and the total effective rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.There was a significant reduction in NIHSS scores in both the test and control groups,and there was a difference in the comparison between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.05),which was more significant in the test group than the control group(P<0.05).4.There was a difference in Barthel Index scores between the test group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05),which was comparable and more significant in the test group compared to the control group(P<0.05).5.There was a difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),which was comparable and more significant in the test group compared to the The levels of inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α were different between the two groups after treatment and were comparable(P<0.05).7.The levels of HCY were significantly lower in both groups,and the comparison of HCY levels after treatment was different and comparable(P<0.05).Conclusions:Jiawei Shuxuetongmai Fang is effective in treating the convalescent stage of ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type.It has high safety,no toxic and side effects and good clinical reaction.
