| Objective To determine the normal value of lung function of healthy school-age children in Hengyang City,and analyze its influencing factors,in order to provide a basis for the evaluation of lung function value of children in Hengyang city.Methods 389 healthy children aged from 6 to 13 were randomly selected for lung function test,made a detailed record of their gender,age,height and weight.The Masterscreen pneumo type instrument by the German Jaeger company was used to determine their lung function,the forced vital capacity(FVC),the first second hard breath gas volume(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR)were used as the measurement index,then used the SPSS22.0 software for the statistical analysis.Results 389 healthy school-aged children’s FVC,FEV1 and PEFR had significant differences between different gender,along with the increase of the children’s age,FVC and PEFR increased gradually.According to the results of correlation analysis,FVC,FEV1 and PEFR all showed significant positive correlation with height,weight and BMI,and height had a more significant influence.According to the analysis of the main percentile values and graphs of lung function,the reference range of FVC for healthy school-age children in Hengyang City was 1.065L-2.64 L,and the reference range of PEFR was 2.03L/s-5.16L/s.Conclusion FVC,FEV1 and PEFR were correlated with age,height,weight and BMI,and height has the most significant effect.The main percentile values and graphs of lung function provide a more intuitive evaluation standard for the determination of lung function level of healthy school-age children in Hengyang City,the reference range of FVC for healthy school-age children in Hengyang City was 1.065L-2.64 L,and the reference range of PEFR was 2.03L/s-5.16L/s. |
