Clinical Observation Of Milk Duct Flushing Combined With Oral Administaction Of Xiaoyao Erzhi Pill In The Treatment Of Maladjusted Nipple Discharge

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of milk duct flushing combined with xiaoyao erzhi pills for the treatment of maladjusted nipple discharge(Pathological non-neoplastic),to explore its advantages and safety,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of patients with pathological non-neoplastic nipple discharge.Methods:From March 2019 to October 2019,120 female patients with malsdjusted nipple discharge,were treated in the Department of breast disease,Ruikang hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control group A and control group B,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by milk duct flushing combined with xiaoyao erzhi pills,the control group A was treatd with useing the Chinese medicine of xiaoyao erzhi pills,and the control group B was treatd with milk duct flushing.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparing the changes of the nipple discharge volume,the performance under the ductoscope,breast pain,TCM sydromes(lumbar and knee tenderness,fatigued,menstruation)score and improvement rate of total score in the two groups before and 3 months after treatment.Three months after the end of treatment,the patients were re-examined and scored again to assess the recurrence rate.All data are analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:After treatment,both the treatment group and control group A had different degress of improvement in the nipple discharge volume,the performance under the ductoscope,breast pain and TCM syndromes(lumbar and knee tenderness,fatigued,menstruation),P was less than 0.05;In terms of breast pain,lumbar and knee tenderness,fatigue and menstrual improvement,the control group B falied to improve the above symdroms(P>0.05),while the treatment group and control group A not only improved the patients' breast pain and TCM symdromes,but also had the same effect(P>0.05);In terms of reducing the amount of nipple discharge,the three groups all had the curative effect,and the curative effect was different,suggesting that treatment group > control group A is equal to control group B;In terms of reducing the performance of mammary duct mirror,the three groups also had different degrees of curative effect,the curative effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group B(P>0.05),and all of them were better than that of the control group A(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.6%,and the recurrence rate was 10.8%;The total effective rate of control group A was 86.5%,and the recurrence rate was24.3%;The total effective rate of control group B was 80.1%,and the recurrence rate was 36.1%;In addition,three groups were no adverse reactions and liver ang kidney function impairment in the three groups.Conclusion:The combination of milk tube flushing and internal administration of xiaoyao erzhi pill can have a better clinical effect in the treatment of maladjusted nipple discharge(Pathological non-neoplastic),the treatment method is safe,the recurrence rate is low,easy to implement,and can improve the quality of life of patients,so it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
