Objective:To observe the changes of inflammatory indicators,CD4+/CD8+ and clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatnent, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingfei Jiedu decoction in the treatment of non-severe community-acquired pneumonia with Syndrome of pathogenic heat attacking lung. Methods:In this study,60 cases of non-severe community-acquired pneumonia with Syndrome of pathogenic heat attacking lung who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with Qingfei Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine, and the control group was treated with western medicine alone.Observed white blood cells(WBC),neutrophil(N%),C-reactive protein(CRP)before the treatment,4 days of treatment, and 7 days of treatment.,and observed procalcitonin(PCT),CD4+/CD8+,TCM syndrome score after 1 week of treatment.Statistical method was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingfei Jiedu decoction.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences of inter group comparison between the two groups in age,gender,pre-treatment indicators(P>0.05),this suggesting comparability.2.The WBC value of the two groups decreased on the 7th day after treatment compared with tlie 4th day after treatment and before treatment, with statistically significant difference(p<0.01).The WBC improvement in the treatment group was better than tlhat in the control group on the 4th and 7th day after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The N%value of patients in the two groups decreased on the 7th day after treatment compared with the 4th day after treatment and before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The N%improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group on the 4th and 7th day after treatment(P<0.05).4.The CRP value of the two groups decreased on the 7th day after treatment, compared with the 4th day after treatment and before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The improvement of CRP in the treatment group on day 4 and day 7 after treatment was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Before and after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in PCT(P>0.05).6.There was no statistically significant difference in CD4+/CD8+ before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05),while there was statistically significant difference in CD4+/CD8+ before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01).The improvement of CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).7.After treatment, the score of main syndrome and total score of TCM in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.By comparing the inflammatory indicators and CD4+/CD8+ of patients before and after treatment, the treatment of non-severe community-acquired pneumonia with Qingfei Jiedu decoction combined with conventional western medicine can significantly reduce the level of inflammation and improve the immune function of patients.2.The combination of Qingfei Jiedu decoction and traditional western medicine treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of non-severe community-acquired pneumonia patients, and improve the overall treatment efficiency.3.There was no obvious adverse reaction and hepatorenal toxicity during the study period,so it is safe and reliable.
