BackgroundIn the hospital environment,the Intensive Care Unit(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)due to its closed environment,the high-tech rescue equipment,all kinds of invasive invasive treatment,especially when patients with life-threatening illness and ICU admission,in addition to the patients themselves their families facing the state of the patient's illness and life at any time there is a danger,such as uncertainty,anxiety and depression are the most common mental health problems.In recent years,researches on enabling psychological nursing mainly focus on patients.Only a few foreign literatures have been reported,and there are few applied researches in ICU patients' families.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of anxiety and depression,mental resilience and empowerment psychological care of patients' families in ICUObjectiveSurvey on ICU patients' families perceived empowerment psychological care,anxiety,depression and resilience of the status quo,and the assignment of ICU patients' families to analyze the influence factors of perceived empowerment psychological care,analysis of anxiety depression,assigned to the relationship between the psychological nursing and elastic,so as to the ICU medical staff to provide basis for reasonable and effective nursing intervention of prescient,families to alleviate the negative mood,to provide positive and effective psychological guidance,promote the rehabilitation of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship between nurses and patients at the same timeMethodsA total of 308 family members of patients in three ICU units of a grade iii first-class hospital in zhengzhou were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method The general situation questionnaire of ICU patients' families,the enabling psychological nursing scale,the mental resilience scale and the hospital anxiety and depression scale were used for the questionnaire survey.SPSS 25.0 software was used for descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis Results1.The total score of empowerment psychological care perceived by ICU patients families was(51.48±4.20),among which,the self-support dimension was(4.47±0.48),the professional support dimension was(4.25±0.60),and the emotional support dimension was(4.15±0.64).The total score of mental resilience was(61.49±8.13),of which the tenacity dimension was(2.53±0.62),the self-improvement dimension was(2.42±0.86),and the optimism dimension was(2.31±0.53).The score of anxiety in ICU patients' families was(6.04±3.38),and the score of depression was(5.88±3.24)2.The level of empowerment psychological care perceived by ICU patients' families was statistically significant in terms of education level,occupation,marital status,family per capita monthly income,religious belief,number of stay in ICU and medical payment method(P<0.05).The difference in scores of mental resilience and anxiety was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.The total score and three dimensions of mental resilience of ICU patients' families were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension of perceived empowerment psychological care(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between anxiety and depression in ICU patients' families and the total score of empowered psychological nursing and each dimension(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression of ICU patients' families were negatively correlated with the total score of mental resilience and each dimension(P<0.05).4.The regression analysis of anxiety showed that the three dimensions of the perception of ICU patients' families,namely,professional support,self-support,emotional support,and the two dimensions of mental resilience,self-strengthening and optimism,entered the regression equation.The regression analysis of depression showed that the three dimensions of professional support,self-support,emotional support and psychological resilience of ICU patients' families entered the regression equation.Conclusions1.ICU patients' families have a high level of perceived empowering psychological care.2.Education level,marital status,occupation,family income,medical payment method and number of days in ICU are the influencing factors for ICU patients' families'perception of empowering psychological care.3.The perceived empowering psychological care and psychological resilience of ICU patients' families have a negative predictive effect on the anxiety and depression of ICU patients' families.
