BackgroundVitamin D deficiency is common in the world.Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin which is necessary to maintain the normal physiological function of human body.It maintains the normal immune state of human body. Many studies have shown that vitamin D deficiency or deficiency has adverse effects on pregnancy outcome, but the conclusions are different. In this study,we analyzed the correlation between the level of vitamin D and the outcome of pregnancy, the aim is to provide a more reliable clinical basis for the supplement of vitamin D for pregnant women.ObjectiveThe relationship between serum 25-(OH)D level and pregnancy complications and outcome was analyzed by detecting the serum 25-(OH)D level in late pregnant women. So as to provide an important theoretical basis for the clinical intervention of vitamin D deficiency in pregnant women.MethodsUsing the method of retrospective study,303 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the Third Affiliated Hospital of XinXiang Medical College during the period from March 1,2019 to December 1,2019.The serum level of 25-(OH)d was measured.According to the test results, the pregnant women were divided into three groups(vitamin D sufficient group, vitamin D deficient group, vitamin D deficient group). The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension, gestational diabetes, premature rupture of membranes, and gestational anemia were observed. The incidence of premature delivery, cesarean section, low birth weight, fetal distress, umbilical cord around the neck and amniotic fluid pollution were counted.Spss19.0 was used to analyze the pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes of the three groups.Measurement data are expressed in(?x±s),t test is used for inter group comparison,F test is used for multiple group comparison, count data is expressed in rate(%),and?~2 test is used for comparison.Results1.In 303 pregnant women,64.36%of them were 25-(OH)D deficiency,20.46%of them were 25-(OH)D deficiency, only 15.18%of them were 25-(OH)D deficiency.2.Incidence rate of incidence rate of gestational hypertension in pregnant women with 25-(OH)D deficiency was 20.50%,and the incidence rate of gestational diabetes was23.59%,higher than that of the other 2 groups. The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of premature rupture of membranes and anemia between the three groups(P>0.05).3.The incidence of premature delivery, cesarean section, fetal distress, amniotic fluid pollution were 13.89%,32.82%,14.36%and 15.38%respectively in the serum 25-(OH)D deficiency group, which were higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of low birth weight infants among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions1.25-(OH)d in serum of part pregnant women is deficient or insufficient.2.The lack or deficiency of serum 25-(OH)D in pregnant women can increase the incidence rate of gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes, but it has no obvious correlation with premature rupture of membranes and anemia.3.The lack or deficiency of serum 25-(OH)d in pregnant women increased the incidence of premature delivery, cesarean section, fetal distress, amniotic fluid pollution, umbilical cord around the neck and other adverse outcomes.
