Objective In order to analyze the actual situation of health information dissemination of breast cancer prevention under the microblog environment in 2019.To master the characteristics of health information.To master the characteristics of the subjects and audiences of information dissemination.To mine the chronological and topical characteristics of health information,the mastery of the information resources of the subject and the information diffusion ability of the subject.To dig the characteristics of health information and topical topics of public interest.To comprehensively analyze the health information dissemination characteristics of breast cancer prevention,the network structure characteristics of the dissemination subject,and the public's attention to health information under the microblog environment.The ultimate goal was to improve the efficiency of disseminating health information under the microblog environment and make full use of the health education role of Sina Microblog.To provide relevant departments with a timely grasp of the topics of public health information,and to provide a reference for the health knowledge that the public urgently needs.To provide support for improving public health literacy and promoting the realization of the "Healthy China" strategic goal.Methods Screened and identified the subjects of information dissemination with medical background who disseminated breast cancer prevention health information on Sina Microblog in 2019.Collected data such as microblog content,microblog comments and microblog retweets that were closely related to the theme of breast cancer prevention.Based on the theory of Journalism,the methods and tools of Information Science,used data statistics software Excel,social network analysis software Ucinet and content text mining software ROST Content Mining to process the data.The Social Network Analysis method was used to mine the overall characteristics of the health information dissemination network,the characteristics of the local network,and the characteristics of node attributes of health information dissemination subjects.It was also used to sort out the diffusion path of health information and analyze the propagation efficiency of health information.The Content Analysis was used to mine high-frequency keywords and core topics of health information,clarity health information topics transmitted by all users,clarity health information topics transmitted by core users,clarity health information topics of public attended.It also used to analysis the health information that the public paid more attention and the information topics preferred by the general public who lack professional medical knowledge.Deeply explored the characteristics of health information,the subjects and audiences of information dissemination.And summarized the health information dissemination characteristics of breast cancer prevention and public attention on health information under the microblog environment.Results(1)The active communication subject based on the Sina Microblog has played a health education role in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.Active users such as "Breast Surgery Yang Qingfeng" were the main force of health science on Sina Microblog platform.However,there was a difference in the activity of health science popularization among dissemination subjects,and some users updated health information less frequently.30.34%of users have published 89.15%of breast cancer prevention health knowledge,and the source of Sina Microblog health knowledge was relatively single.(2)The efficiency of spreading health information on breast cancer prevention under the Sina Microblog environment was high,which promoted the rapid flow of health information throughout the network.The topics of health information that spread based on Sina Microblog mainly included the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer,recommendations and health guidance of breast cancer prevention,types and characteristics of breast diseases,and research progress in breast prevention,which covered topics such as disease prevention,diagnosis,prognosis and the other health guidance suggestions throughout the process of disease treatment.In addition,the content was in various forms,including one-to-one consultation,typical symptom description and other popular science forms,as well as web page links,picture display and other health knowledge presentation methods.(3)The public was more concerned about the health information of breast cancer prevention under the Sina Microblog environment that disseminated by doctors,medical institutions,health information platforms and other users with professional medical knowledge.The public expressed interest in health information by forwarding microblog,commenting microblog and liking microblog.The public focused on relevant health information such as breast cancer diagnosis and treatment,breast cancer prevention research progress and so on.For ordinary people,the health information of breast cancer prevention which spread based on Sina Microblog was easier to read and more readable.Based on Sina Microblog,the public could quickly obtain,understand,and master health guidance suggestions,improve health information literacy.And the health information could also help people who lack medical health knowledge to make the correct scientific decisions.Conclusions(1)Users with low interaction frequency need to pay more attention to the formation of relationships,improve the closeness of communication with other users,open the path of health information dissemination,and form a stable and short health information transmission channel.Users who located at key nodes of the information dissemination network are recommended to expand the influence,utilize the advantages of nodes to efficiently disseminate health information,and promote the efficient and widespread diffusion of health information.(2)Users who with "breast cancer" and the related words in their authentication information on Sina Microblog platform need to take advantage of the identity and Sina Microblog for health science popularization.Encourage young doctors to use Sina Microblog to share typical cases and exchange work experience,which can improve the update speed of Sina Microblog health information and rich the health knowledge database.Users at the core of the communication network need to increase the frequency of updating health information,strengthen the activity of health science popularization,and take advantage of the large number of fans to attract more ordinary people who lack professional medical knowledge to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.(3)Encourage the active users such as "Breast Surgery Lu Pengwei" and "Breast Surgery Yang Qingfeng" to strengthen the use of network node attributes,which can effectively promote information diffusion.It also can promote the rapid dissemination of multi-source,multi-topic,and multi-type health information across the entire network.Encourage professional users such as doctors,medical institutions,and health information platforms to further pay attention to and forward health information related to breast cancer research progress.And encourage users to focus on and spread the health information about male breast cancer and young patients with slower update frequency and lower public attention.And promote
