Objective:To explore the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with targeted nursing on patients with lung cancer with lumbar metastatic cancer pain.Selection methods:June 2018-November 2019 in changsha city of hunan province,A 3 armour hospital oncology clinic of lung cancer patients with lumbar cancerous pain with,use Excel to number 1-66 were randomly divided into 3 groups,and then according to the doctor's order to 66 patients with lung cancer sexual pain associated with lumbar metastatic carcinoma and divided into control group and observe group A and group B,22 cases in each group.The control groups use Oxycodone sustained release Tablets,Oxycodone Products,and routine care;Observation group A was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture plus oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and routine nursing care.Observation group B was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture plus oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,routine nursing and targeted nursing.All patients in the three groups were treated for 7 days.Digital pain scores(NRS)were recorded and analyzed in the three groups,including 15,30,45,1 hour,2 hours and 12 hours after each treatment,and 10 days after the treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions and pain satisfaction scores before and after treatment and 10 days after treatment were analyzed and recorded.Statistical software SPSS 21.0 was used for data analysis.Adverse reaction rate was counted.Chi-square test was used.The pain score and the patient's pain satisfaction score were measured data using an OVA and t test.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results :(1)there were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,metastatic site,economic income,and general data among the three groups(all P > 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in pain scores and pain satisfaction scores between the three groups before treatment(all P > 0.05).(2)The comparison of pain scores among the three groups was effective before and after treatment(all P < 0.05).Comparison among the three groups showed that the pain relief effect of group A and Group B was better than that of the control group(All P < 0.05).Three groups of patients after treatment after 15 minutes A day,30 minutes,45 minutes to 1 hour,2 hours,12 hours time more pain score comparison of any two time points in the control group and observation group A and the pain scores between control group and observation group B mean differences were statistically significant(all P < 0.05),observe group A and group B on the speed of pain relief and pain relief effect were superior to the control group.(3)comparison of adverse reactions among the three groups: after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was lower than that in the control group and observation group A,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).10 days after the end of treatment,the occurrence of adverse reactions in group A and Group B was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)The satisfaction scores of the three groups were compared,and there were statistically significant differences between the three groups before and after treatment(all P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in satisfaction scores among the three groups at 10 days after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The application of wrist and ankle acupuncture and targeted nursing can alleviate the pain of patients with lung cancer and lumbar metastatic cancer pain,reduce the adverse reactions caused by the use of painkillers to some extent,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
