The Correlation Study Between The Arthrosis Effusion-serum Uric Acid Concentration Difference And The Pain Score As Well As The Tcm Syndromes In Gout Patients

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the arthrosis effusion-serum uric acid concentration difference and pain score,as well as TCM syndrome s in gout patients with arthrosis effusion.Methods: Arthrosis pain score,effusion volume,TCM syndrome s,and uric acid,TNF-?,IL-6 and CRP in serum and effusion were collected,recorded,collated and analyzed during gout flare in 37 patients with clearly diagnosed gout with arthrosis effusion.Results: Gout patients with arthrosis cavity effusion,the higher the absolute value of the arthrosis effusion-serum uric acid concentration difference,the higher the pain score,the higher the inflammatory factors TNF-? ? IL-6 ? CRP,and the more the dampness-heat blockage type(P < 0.05).The absolute value of the arthrosis effusion-serum uric acid concentration difference was positively correlated with the pain score,serum TNF-?,IL-6,CRP and effusion TNF-?,CRP(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The absolute value of the arthrosis effusion-serum uric acid concentration difference can affect the degree of arthrosis pain and the TCM syndrome.The higher the value of uric acid concentration difference,the higher the value of the inflammatory factors,the more serious the arthrosis pain,and the more likethe Dampness-heat Blockage type.Intentionally reducing the uric acid concentration difference between arthrosis effusion and serum can reduce arthrosis pain for the treatment process of gout patients,and reduce the use of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs.
