| Objective:To discuss the efficacy of different methods of radionuclide 90Sr application in the treatment of infantile hemangioma(IH)and to observe the adverse reactions of various schemes in order to find a more economical and effective treatment method.Methods:120 eases of superficial infantile hemangioma treated with 90Sr application in our outpatient department were selected.The hemangioma was located in the trunk and extremities.This doctor introduced different clinical treatment methods of hemangioma before treatment,curative effect of application and possible adverse reactions after treatment,matters needing attention after treatment,and signed consent to treatment.Blood routine,aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)which was performed before treatment were assessed as baseline.They were randomly divided into four groups(30 in each group):Control group:8 times treatment;Observation group 1:8 times treatment+Timolol Maleate Eye Drops;Observation group 2:4 times treatment;Observation group 3:4 times treatment+Timolol Maleate Eye Drops.Those who were not cured at the end of the first course of treatment were treated with the second course of application at intervals of 3 to 4 months.After the second course of treatment,the difference of curative effect was compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during each course of treatment and interval was recorded,x2 test were used to analyze the data.Results:The number of hemangiomas in 120 children was 138,including 46 males and 74 females,aged from 1 month to 24 months.The effective rate was 97.83%(135/138)and the cure rate was 34.78%(48/138)at the end of the first course of treatment.In the control group,the effective rate was 97.06%(33/34).The cure rate was 38.34%(13/34).In observation group 1,the effective rate was 100%(39/39),the cure rate was 25.64%(10/39),in observation group 2,the effective rate was 96.97%(32/33)and the cure rate was 51.52%(17/33).Observation group 3:effective rate 96.88%(31/32),cure rate 34.78%(8/23).After the end of the first course of treatment,the families of 12 patients were unwilling to continue the treatment or choose other methods.The curative effect was observed 4 months after the end of the second course of treatment.The effective rate was 99.16%(118/119)and the cure rate was 68.07%(81/119).In control group,the effective rate was 96.55%(28/29)and the cure rate was 65.52%(19/29).In observation group 1,the effective rate was 100%(32/32),the cure rate was 68.75%(22/32).In the observation group 2,the effective rate was 100%(30/30)and the cure rate was 73.33%(22/30).Observation group 3:effective rate was 100%(28/28),cure rate was 64.29%.(18/28).After the end of the second course of treatment,the curative effect of each group was statistically analyzed.There was significant difference between control group and observation group 1,observation group 2 and observation group 3 in the first course of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the second course of treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between eontrol group and observation group 2,observation group 1 and observation group 3 after the first course of treatment and the second course of treatment(P>0.05).In control group,observation group 2 had a high incidence of adverse reactions,but control group and observation group 1,observation group 2 and observation group 3,control group and observation group 2,There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between observation group 1 and observation group 3(P>0.05).Conclusions:90Sr application combined with tiamolol maleate eye drops can improve the treatment of infantile hemangioma and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.There is no significant difference in the effect and side effect between the 4 treatments and the 8 treatments.Therefore,the improved method can be used in the future clinical work for the children who live in remote areas to reduce the economic cost while ensuring the curative effect. |
