Objective: Quantitative detection of the expression of PDGF-B,ERK1 and ERK2 mRNA in the recurred,initial skin lesions of condyloma acuminatum and normal foreskin skin lesions(normal control group).To explore the significance of PDGF-B?ERK1 and ERK 2 in the signal transduction pathway of condyloma acuminatum,and provide a theoretical basis for clinically selecting relevant signal pathway inhibitors for targeted treatment of condyloma acuminatum and preventing its recurrence.Methods: Quantitative Real-Time-PCR(qRT-PCR)was used to determine the expression of PDGF-B,ERK1 and ERK2 mRNA in the recurred,initial skin lesions of condyloma acuminatum and normal control groups,and applied statistics Processing and analysis of experimental data.Results: 1.The expression level of PDGF-B mRNA in the skin lesions of recurrent condyloma acuminatum was higher than that in the initial group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Expression level was higher than the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.001,P <0.05);2.The difference in PDGF-B mRNA expression levels among the three groups was statistically significant(F = 9.501,P <0.05).;3.The expression level of ERK1 and ERK2 mRNA in the skin lesions of the condyloma acuminatum recurrence group was higher than that in the initial group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P> 0.05,P> 0.05).The expression level of skin lesions in the primary group was higher than that in the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05,P <0.05);4.The expression levels of ERK1 and ERK2 mRNA in the total samples were different,and all were statistically significant(F = 4.155,P <0.05,F = 3.963,P <0.05);Conclusion: 1.The expression level of PDGF-B mRNA in the skin lesions of the condyloma acuminatum recurrence group is higher than that in the primary group,which may be related to the recurrence of the condyloma acuminatum.The expression level in the control group was higher than that in the normal control group,suggesting that PDGF-B may be involved in the occurrence and development of condyloma acuminatum.2.The expression level of ERK1 and ERK2 mRNA in the skin lesion tissue of the recurrent genital warts group was higher than that in the initial group,and the expression level of the skin tissue in the relapse group and the initial group was higher than that in the normal control group,suggesting that ERK1 and ERK2 may be involved in signal transduction pathways related to the occurrence and recurrence of genital warts,providing new ideas for the treatment and prevention of condyloma acuminatum.
