Objective: When the renal function of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)decreases to the stage that they cannot to do things on their own,end-stage renal disease(ESRD)is achieved.Maintenance hemodialysis in patients with ESRD is to lengthen life,a way of treatment to guarantee the quality of life.Several investigation have shown that MHD patients have a higher incidence of anxious than normal person and other chronic patients. At present, there are many investigations on the anxiety status of MHD patients in China, but there are few studies about influence factors. Therefore,it is still crucial to analyze the influence factors of MHD patients anxiety. In this investigation,to know the occurrence of anxiety in MHD patients, relevant interfering factors were revealed. It can provide a clinical material to maintenance hemodialysis patients with anxiety symptoms. Methods: Patients receiving MHD in the blood purification center of the first affiliated hospital of wannan medical college from November 2017 to June 2019 were selected.Demographic data were obtained from 187 eligible patients, laboratory examination data were recorded, and primary disease was identified. The sample was assessed by the self-rating Axiety Scale(SAS),Score < 50 was defined as non-anxiety group, score ?50 was defined as anxiety group,The relationship between the collected indicators and the anxiety of MHD patients was analyzed to explored. Results: 54 of 187 patients with anxiety disorder,The prevalence rate is 28.9%.The risk of to be anxious is higher in woman(P < 0.001).Gender,educational level, monthly hemodialysis frequency, income, hemoglobin, albumin and cystatin C were the influencing factors of anxiety in MHD patients. For every unit increase in albumin, the risk was 0.936 times higher.Hemoglobin was 80.03±13.31 in the anxiety group and 91.74±19.11 in the non-anxiety group, indicating that hemoglobin was a risk factor for the occur of anxiety. And for every unit increase in hemoglobin, the risk was 97.1% to compare before. There was a noticable difference in danger of the disease among high-income people and low-income people.MHD patients with high extent of education are prone to anxiety(P=0.021).For patients whose monthly hemodialysis time is more than 8 times, and the risk of onset is greater than that of patients whose monthly hemodialysis time is less than or equal to 8 times, hemodialysis time is a risk factor for the onset of anxiety(P=0.038).The type of work, age and disease had no impact on the prevalence of MHD people with anxious. Conclusion: MHD patients are more likely to develop anxiety disorders. The Investigation showed that gender, the number of hemodialysis per month, education level, income, hemoglobin and albumin were all the influencing factors of MHD anxiety.Primary disease, age, occupation, smoking, alcohol consumption, uric acid, blood calcium and other laboratory indicators are not risk factors for MHD patients.
