Mechanisim And Clinical Research Of Lianhan Fang In The Treatment Of Hyperhydrosis In The Elderly Of Yin Deficiency And Fire Exuberance Type

Objective:By observing and analyzing the condition of perspiration in the middle and eldely patients of fire excess from yin deficiency before and after the treatment,the clinical effect of Lianhan Fang in treating the middle-aged and old-aged's perspiration syndrome was evalcuated,and exploring the mechanism of improving the clinical symptoms of the patients with fire excess from yin deficiency.Methods:Sixty middle-aged and elderly patients with type of hyperhidrosis with fire excess from yin deficiency that meet the study inclusion criteria were selected in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The sample were divided by random,single-blind,parallel clinical trial method into two groups,and 30 of them were included in the treatment group.Take oryzanol tablets for control treatment observed for four weeks.Through statistical analysis,the two groups of patients compare sweating points,traditional chinese medicine syndrome points and quality of life points before and after treatment,and conduct safety analysis(Vital signs,liver and kidney function,etc.),in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Lianhan Fang.Results:After the treatment of this study,there were no cases of abscission in the treatment group and the control group--sixty cases included in the two groups.Through statistical comparison and analysis,the experimental data results showed that the symptoms of hyperhidrosis of the two sets all had the clinical effect of alleviating the sweating symptoms,the total effective rate of evaluation of TCM clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 93%,while the other was 37%.whileas the treatment group could be improved significantly,distincting from that in the control group(p<0.01);the treatment group can significantly improve the sweat score of such patients before and after treatment,compared with the control group,the difference in the improvement of clinical efficacy before and after treatment is more significant and statistically significant(p<0.05);the treatment group showed better results in improving overall TCM syndromes,TCM-related symptoms,and quality of life,with statistically significant differences(p<0.01).Conclusions:1.Lianhan Fang has a remarkable clinical effect on the middle-aged and elderly patients with fire excess from yin deficiency.2.The treatment mechanism of this type of the middle-aged and elderly-aged sweating syndrome may be effective by improving the stability of the internal environment,restoring the movement of qi and blood,regulating the imbalance of yin and yang,thus the clinical symptoms of abnormal sweating was mitigated.3.No case was abolished due to adverse reaction at the end of the experiment.
