Clinical Observation Of Banlangen Granules And Budesonide Aerosol In The Treatment Of Chronic Pharyngitis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Banlangen granules combined with budesonide aerosol in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis of lung health declination typeMethod:From September 2017 to may 2018,80 patients with chronic pharyngitis of lung health declination type admitted to Nanjing Ruidong hospital were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases).The control group inhaled Budesonide aerosol,the initial dose was 0.5 mg/time,3 times/day.The treatment group took Banlangen granules,1 bag/time,3 times/day,on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and the level of neutrophils and eosinophils in serum were compared.The safety indexes of liver and kidney function such as alt,AST,bun and SCR were measured before and after treatment.Results:Through statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the data of age,course of disease,physical signs before treatment.? Clinical efficacy comparison:after 2 weeks of treatment,5 cases in the treatment group were cured,18 cases were effective,12 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.11%;2 cases in the control group were cured,12 cases were effective,10 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 64.86%.Through the statistical analysis of Ridit,the two groups were compared,P<0.05,and the data of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).?TCM syndrome effect:after treatment,the main symptoms,secondary syndromes and physical signs of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,19 cases were effective,11 cases were effective,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 94.74%.The t-test between the two groups showed that the treatment group had a more significant effect in improving the symptoms of chronic pharyngitis(P<0.05 or P<0.01),which indicated that the treatment effect of Banlangen granule combined with budesonide aerosol was better than that of Budesonide aerosol alone Good,especially in improving the symptoms of dry throat,itchy throat,dry stool,red and yellow urine,hyperplasia of lymph follicles in the posterior pharyngeal wall,vasodilation in the posterior pharyngeal wall and so on(P<0.01).? Inflammatory factor level:after treatment,the level of inflammatory factor neutrophils and eosinophils in the blood of the patients in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),the number of neutrophils in the treatment group decreased from(2.42±0.68)×1 09·L-1 before treatment to(1.48±0.35)×109·L-1,and the eosinophils decreased from(0.41±10.07)×109·L-1 to(0.28±0.04)×109·L-1.After treatment,the serum levels of CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparing the inflammatory indexes of the two groups,it was found that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).By comparing the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups,it was found that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).? Safety index:before and after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)in the detection and analysis of liver function index:alt,AST and renal function index:SCR and bun.During the clinical observation period,there were no adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal function discomfort and rash allergy.Conclusion:Banlangen granule combined with budesonide aerosol has better clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis of lung health declination type.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of lung health declination type in patients with chronic pharyngitis,effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,and has better clinical application value.
