| Objective:By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms,the change of blocking antibody(BA)and serum Treg level before and after the treatment of non pregnant patients with recurrent immune abortion,to evaluate the clinical effect of Anzi mixture,and to explore its immune mechanism.So as to provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of recurrent immune abortion with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 patients with non pregnancy syndrome of kidney deficiency,blood heat and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each The treatment group took Anzi mixture,125ml,twice a day;the control group took Gushen Antai pill,6g,three times a day,four weeks as a course,3 courses were observed.The changes of clinical symptoms,blocking antibody and serum Treg level of the two groups were statistically analyzed by spss22.0 software to evaluate the clinical effect and mechanism of Anzi mixtureResults:(1)TCM syndrome score and curative effect:Before treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 12.03±2.06,and after treatment,it was 4.17 ± 2.68;before treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the control group was 11.53 ± 1.87,and after treatment,it was 5.80 ± 2.51;after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group was 90.00%and 76.67%,and the therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).(2)The change of BA:The positive rate of anti CD3-BE was 72.22%in the treatment group and 36.84%in the control group.The former is obviously superior to the latter(P<0.05);the positive rate of anti CD4-BE in the treatment group was 60%,and in the control group,it was 52.17%;effect of both was equivalent after treatment(P>0.05);the positive rate of anti CD8-BE in the treatment group was 82.35%,and in the control group,it was 57.14%;effect of both was equivalent after treatment(P>0.05).(3)Serum Treg level changes:The serum Treg value in the treatment group was 5.10±2,56 before treatment,6.48±2.13 after treatment,which increased significantly(P<0.01);the serum Treg value in the control group was 5.31 ± 1.93 before treatment,6.46 ± 2.09 after treatment,which increased significantly(P<0.05);the curative effect of the two groups after treatment was similar(P>0.05).(4)Clinical comprehensive effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.00%and 73.33%,and the comprehensive effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Anzi mixture can not only improve the symptoms of the patients,but also promote the blocking of antibody,improve the level of serum Treg and regulate the immune function of the body.It is suggested that the mechanism of Anzi mixture may be related to the enhancement of blocking efficiency of blocking antibody,the promotion of proliferation and activation of peripheral blood Treg cells,the enhancement of immune tolerance and the prevention of recurrent abortion. |
