Clinical Observation On The Improvement Of Fatigue Of Peritoneal Dialysis Patients By Acupoint Attach Therapy Of Yunpiqiangsheng Prescription

Objective:To observe the improvement of fatigue in peritoneal dialysis patients by acupoint attach therapy of yunpiqiangsheng prescriptionMethods:42 patients with peritoneal dialysis treatment,were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given conventional treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the treatment group was given acupoint attach therapy of yunpiqiangshenng prescription on the basis of the control group,Traditional Chinese medicine prescription for astragalus root 20g,ludangshen 15g,atractylodes 10g,poria cocos 10g,stir-fried malt 30g,gizzard pepsin 20g,eucommia ulmoides 10g,the dodder weed 10g,jixuecao 15g,qiannianjian 10g,luxiancao 15g;Acupoint selection includes bilateral shenshu,pishu,zusanli and shenque;the course of treatment lasted for 2 months,and the changes of TCM syndrome score,fatigue rating scale score,quality of life score,physical indicators and laboratory tests were observed before and after treatment.Results:? The remission rate of TCM syndrome score was 20%in the treatment group and 14%in the control group,indicating a no statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the symptom scores of fatigue,shortness of breath,poor diet,soreness and tenderness of waist and knee,coldness of cold limbs,edema of facial limbs,convulsion and convulsion,and skin nail faults in the treatment group were all decreased,indicating a no statistically significant difference(P<0.05);However,the difference between shortness of breath and the score of facial limb edema before and after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).? After treatment,the total average FAI score of the patients in the treatment group decreased compared with that before,and the decrease range of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Among them,the mean scores of factor 1 and factor 2 also decreased,and the reduction range of factor 2 in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).?Treatment group after treatment in patients with the pressure of kidney disease,work status,social quality,social support,patient satisfaction,physiological function,social function,health change points from the previous rise,among them,the pressure of kidney disease,patient satisfaction and physiological function,the scores of treatment group after treatment was superior to that of control group(P<0.05).? After treatment,hemoglobin,blood urea,serum albumin,serum prealbumin,serum parathyroid hormone and hypersensitive c-reactive protein were improved in the treatment group,among which the level of hypersensitive c-reactive protein was decreased(P<0.01),and the level of serum prealbumin was increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Middle arm muscle circumference in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,the addition of yunpiqiangsheng prescription acupoint application therapy can reduce the TCM syndrome score,reduce the fatigue level of PD patients,and improve the nutritional and inflammatory status of patients,and can reduce the pressure of renal disease in PD patients,improving patient satisfaction and improving physiological functions,improve the quality of life of patients.
