ObjectiveTo study the improvement of low molecular heparin injection process influence on injection complications, provide the basis for clinical nurse standardized operation, to reduce the local reactions and improve the effect of injection, eventually reach the standard operation process, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, relieve patients’ pain. This study aimed at rural peritoneal dialysis patient self-management education intervention, discuss the self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with peritoneal dialysis and the influence of biochemical indicators, provides the theory basis for the implementation of health education for nursing personnel.MethodsSelect the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university 91 rural peritoneal dialysis patients, according to the research time are grouped, on July 1,2015-September 1,2015 in PD patients as control group, on October 2,2015-December 1, 2015 in PD patients in intervention group.43 cases of men, women,48 cases, minimum age is 24 years old,75 years old, the average age was (52.1±13.5); Cultural level:41 in elementary school and junior high school, technical secondary school and high school in 37 cases,13 cases of university or above; Marital status: single 3 cases, married in 75 cases,13 cases of divorce and the death of a spouse; Career:in 23 cases, not in 68 cases; Primary disease:28 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis,23 cases of diabetes, high blood pressure,26 cases of polycystic kidney in 2 cases, the hair disease,1 case of systemic lupus erythematosus (sle),6 cases of drug-induced renal failure, the other 5 cases; Peritoneal dialysis time:time is less than 1 year in 28 cases,27 cases of 1-3 years,3 to 5 years in 21 cases, more than 5 years in 15 cases. Application of the general data questionnaire, chronic disease self-efficacy scale, the self-efficacy scale, chronic diseases and biochemical indicators include:serum creatinine (Scr), endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr), hemoglobin (Hb), serum albumin (propagated) evaluate the change of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Application SPSS 17.0 statistical software, statistical analysis of data, and compare the results with said the difference was statistically significant, mainly including the following aspects:use frequency, percentage of statistical description for the object of study population statistics; Using the sample mean and standard deviation for the research object of self-efficacy, life quality and biochemical indexes are described; By chi-square analysis of each variable in the two groups of baseline if there is a difference. For non-normal distribution of measurement data and adopts the method of nonparametric statistics in a Mann Whitney rank and inspection; Using independent sample t-test method or a nonparametric test Mann Whitney rank and test analysis of the research object quality of life of each dimension score between different time point group, the differences between the self-efficacy scores and biochemical indicators; With paired t test or a nonparametric test Mann Whitney rank and test analysis research object itself, quality of life after each dimension scores before intervention, self-efficacy scores, and the comparison of biochemical indicators;ResultsIntervention group and control group in the general demographic information (gender, age, cultural degree, marital status, occupation, income, primary disease, peritoneal dialysis, time) to compare differences had no statistical significance (P> 0.05), comparable. After the intervention data analysis1. Compared with the control group and intervention group patients with calcium, hemoglobin and albumin increased significantly (P<0.05), significantly reduce potassium, phosphorus, urea and creatinine (P<0.05).2. Compared with control group, intervention group patients self-efficacy scores, common symptom management self-efficacy and disease management self-efficacy have to score were significantly increased (P<0.05).(3) Compared with control group, intervention group patients quality of life of each dimension scores were significantly increased (P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.ConclusionSelf-management education can effectively improve rural peritoneal dialysis patients biochemical index (k), urea, creatinine, hemoglobin and albumin, self-efficacy and improve patients quality of life.
