Purpose:This study was to investigate the status of family support and quality of life in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis,to explore and analyze the family support and quality of life related factors and influencing factors in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis, and to further develop targeted health for different patients and families. The educational program provides a clinical basis.Method:A total of 163 patients who underwent peritoneal dialysis in the Department of Nephrology,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Nephrology,Fangcun Hospital, and Peritoneal Dialysis Clinic were selected by cross-sectional study.Questionnaires were conducted using the General Information Questionnaire, the Family Support Scale(PSS-Fa),and the Kidney Diabetes Quality of Life Scale(KDQOL-SFtm).The data were entered and counted using SPSS17.0 software. The quality of life of patients with different ages, genders, dialysis age and family support level was compared and analyzed. The correlation between family support and quality of life and their influencing factors were analyzed.Result:1.Among the 1.163 peritoneal dialysis patients surveyed, the family support scale scored from 1 to 15 points, with an average score of(9.65±2.26),71(43.6%)with high family support, and 80 with moderate(49.1%),12 cases(7.4%)at a lower level..2.Quality of life score for peritoneal dialysis patients(1)The total score of kdta in 163 patients with peritoneal dialysis was 61.85±6.10,and the overall score of sf-36 was 56.31±6.43.(2)According to gender stratification,72 males(44.2%)and 91 females(55.80%).The overall score of kdta was 61.54±6.11,and the overall score of sf-36 was 55.76±6.21.The overall score of kdta in female patients was 62.10±6.12,and the overall score of sf-36 was 56.75±6.60.There was no statistical difference between male and female in kdta and sf-36.Learning meaning.(3)According to age stratification,29 cases(17.8%)of young patients,88 cases(54.0%)of middle-aged patients,46 cases(28.20%)of elderly patients, and the overall score of kdta of young patients was 63.69±7.49,sf-36 total The overall score of kdta was 62.09±5.70 for middle-aged patients and 56.98±5.43 for sf-36.The overall score of kdta for elderly patients was 60.24±5.60,and the overall score for sf-36 was 55.32±6.61.The difference in quality of life between patients was statistically significant. The quality of life of young and middle-aged peritoneal dialysis patients was superior to that of elderly patients with peritoneal dialysis.(4)According to dialysis age stratification,36 patients(22.1%)were treated with peritoneal dialysis for 3 months to 1 year,39 patients(23.9%)were treated for 1-3 years, and patients were treated for 3-5 years. For example(34.4%),32 patients(19.6%)had a treatment time of more than 5 years. The overall kdta score of patients with treatment time of 3 months to 1 year was 65.33±5.49,and the overall score of sf-36 was 58.86±5.63;the overall score of kdta was 66.66±5.25 for patients treated for 1-3 years, and the overall score of sf-36 was 59.49±5.97;The overall score of kdta was 59.44±5.08 for patients aged 3-5 years, and 54.16±5.95 for sf-36.The overall score of kdta was 58.74±6.06 for patients with treatment time of 5 years or longer and 53.33±5.98 for sf-36.The overall scores of kdta and sf-36 were compared in the four groups, and the difference was statistically significant. The quality of nephropathy was best in patients with dialysis age of 1-3 years.(5)According to the level of family support, there were 71 patients(43.6%)with high level of family support,80 patients(49.1%)with moderate level, and 12 patients(7.4%)with low level. The overall score of kdta in the family support patients was 62.62±5.59,the overall score of sf-36 was 57.52±5.65;the overall score of kdta in the middle level was 62.12±6.09,the overall score of sf-36 was 56.21±6.57;the overall score of kdta in the lower level was 55.60±5.97,sf-36 overall score of 49.77±6.22.The difference between the overall scores of kdt and sf-36 in the three groups was statistically significant. The higher the level of family support, the better the quality of life of peritoneal dialysis patients.(6)According to the dialysis method, the family support score of CAPD patients was 9.50±1.92,the family support score of APD patients was 10.59±0.409;the overall score of KDTA of CAPD patients was 61.04±0.675,and the overall score of KDTA of APD patients was 67.08±1.37;CAPD The overall score of patients with SF-36 was 55.58±0.518,and the overall score of SF-36 for APD patients was 61.00±1.35.Patients who indicated that the APD dialysis method had higher family support levels and a higher quality of life3.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the family support level of PD patients was negatively correlated with age and dialysis age,and positively correlated with monthly income,KDTA,SF-36.In addition, family support level scores of PD patients and employment status, peritoneal dialysis Ways and sources of economic support.4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that KDTA of PD patients was negatively correlated with age and dialysis age, positively correlated with education level and monthly income, and positively correlated with family support level. In addition,KDTA of PD patients was related to employment status and peritoneum.Dialysis methods, marital status, and financial support sources.5.Pearson correlation analysis showed that SF-36 was negatively correlated with age and dialysis age in PD patients, and SF-36 was positively correlated with monthly income and family support level scores. In addition,PD patients with SF-36 were associated with employment status, peritoneal dialysis, marital status, and sources of financial support.6.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the peritoneal dialysis method of PD patients was positively correlated with dialysis age, family support level,KDTA and SF-36.In addition, the choice of peritoneal dialysis for PD patients is related to gender, employment status, life care, and sources of financial support.7.The factors influencing the quality of life of peritoneal dialysis patients include:factors affecting dialysis and nephropathy quality of life(kdta)include:family support, marital status, sources of economic support, dialysis age and monthly income,47.0%of the score variation of this dimension can be It is explained by the above five factors;the factors affecting the general healthy quality of life(sf-36)include:annual penetration, dialysis age, family support, employment status and monthly income.40.7%of the score variation of this dimension can be explained by the above four factors.Conclus ion:At present, the overall level of family support for peritoneal dialysis patients is not optimistic. In this study, only 43.6%of patients have high levels of family support. The results of this study indicate that age, employment status, dialysis age,and peritoneal dialysis are factors that influence family support levels in peritoneal dialysis patients, family support, marital status, sources of financial support, monthly income, family support, age, employment status, and dialysis.Age is a factor that affects the quality of life of peritoneal dialysis patients. The higher the level of family support, the higher the quality of life of peritoneal dialysis patients. We need to adopt personalized and standardized health education and interventions for patients to improve their family support and quality of life,so as to delay the progress of patients' disease.
