Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Honghuang Decoction On The Early Cardiotoxicity Of Anthracycline Drugs Based On The Regulation Of Inflammation

Objective:To evaluate the early cardiotoxicity of anthracycline after chemotherapy,and to observe the clinical effect of Honghuang Decoction in improving the side effects of chemotherapy on breast cancer patients.Methods:30 patients were selected from the Department of breast disease of Jiangsu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(including anthracycline chemotherapy program).They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 15 cases in each group.On the basis of chemotherapy,the control group was given dextrine heart care.On the basis of heart care in the control group,the treatment group took the traditional Chinese medicine red and yellow Decoction orally from the same day of each chemotherapy to 7 days after the chemotherapy,and the two groups were given before the chemotherapy Three months after chemotherapy and six months after chemotherapy,the three observation points were respectively tested for peripheral blood(myocardial zymogran,troponin I,ELISA for IL-6 and IL-10)and cardiac function(ECG,EF value of cardiac color ultrasound,GLS value of ultrasonic spot imaging,etc.),and the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis in TCM was recorded.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.The data of numerical type were tested with parameters and accumulated The sub indexes are tested with non parameter.Results:Six months after chemotherapy,the number of arrhythmias in the two groups was significantly reduced compared with that in the previous treatment,that is to say,there was statistical significance in each group(P=0.011<0.05 in the control group,P=0.046<0.05 in the treatment group);the absolute value of GLS in the control group was significantly lower than that in the same treatment group(P=0.003<0.05),However,compared with the control group,the EF value of color Doppler echocardiography in three months after chemotherapy and six months after chemotherapy also decreased,but the contrast between the two groups at three months after the first chemotherapy was not statistically significant,which indicated that in the monitoring of subclinical injury in the early stage of heart,the ultrasonic speckle imaging was more sensitive;in the aspect of inflammation,the observation point of IL·6 after two times of treatment in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group Decline(P=0.002<0.05);in the three and six months after chemotherapy,IL-10 in the treatment group is significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.001<0.05);in the aspect of symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,Honghuang decoction can improve the patients' clinical uncomfortable symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion:Honghuang decoction can reduce myocardial injury and improve clinical symptoms by intervening the microenvironment of inflammatory factors.
