Objectives(1)To investigate the distribution of type D personality in patients with type 2 diabetes;(2)to explore possible factors influencing dietary self-management between type D personality and type 2 diabetes patients through literature studies;(3)compare type D personality The influencing factors and dietary self-management behaviors of patients with non-D personality type 2 diabetes mellitus;(4)The influence of D-type personality on the self-management behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes.Method In this study,237 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the endocrinology ward of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing Gulou Hospital,and Provincial Hospital of Jiangsu Province from April 2019 to August 2019.A general data questionnaire,a D-type personality scale,a diet self-efficacy scale for diabetes patients,a social support rating scale,a stress perception scale,and a hospital anxiety and depression scale were used for investigation.Results(1)among the 237 patients investigated,81 were type D personalities,accounting for 34.18%of the total.General data analysis results show that the type D personality group with the type D personality in patients with type 2 diabetes among gender,marriage,ethnic,religious,professional,cultural degree,personal income,household income,medical treatment charge pays type has no obvious difference(P>0.05),age,course of the disease,complications and complications in significant differences(P<0.05).(2)the average scores of dietary self-management,dietary self-efficacy,perceived stress,anxiety,depression,subjective support,objective support and utilization of support in the type D personality group were all lower than the average scores of the non-type D personality group.The results of single factor analysis showed that in addition to the objective support,there were significant differences in dietary self-management,dietary self-efficacy,perceived pressure,anxiety,depression,subjective support and utilization of support between the type D personality group and the non-type D personality group(P<0.05).(3)the results of correlation analysis showed that type D personality was positively correlated with stress perception,anxiety and depression(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with diet self-efficacy,diet self-management,subjective support and support utilization(P<0.05),but not with objective support.(4)mediating effect analysis results showed that type D personality can influence the dietary self-management behavior of type 2 diabetes patients through self-efficacy,perceived stress,anxiety,depression,subjective support,and the utilization of support(BootLLC and BootULCI did not include 0)Conclusions(1)D-type personality is widely distributed in patients with type 2 diabetes;(2)D-type personality and non-D-type personality type 2 diabetes patients in self-efficacy,social support,perceived stress,anxiety,depression and other social psychology There are differences in learning factors and dietary self-management behaviors;(3)self-efficacy,perceived stress,anxiety,depression,subjective support,and support for use in the relationship between D-type personality and dietary self-management behavior in patients with type 2 diabetes Intermediary role;(4)In the future,medical staff should develop a personalized and practical diet treatment plan for the personality characteristics and needs of patients with type D personality.
