| Objective: The study of this clinical observation category is aimed to diabetes qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome a composite model for related medical research.By comparing with western medicine,combined with western medicine the Qi-Yin Promoting and Blood Circulation Prescription in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type differences in type 2 diabetes mellitus,so as to observe the Qi-Yin Promoting and Blood Circulation Prescription treatment of qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type of type 2 diabetes clinical curative effect,by making full use of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes and compensate for the limitations of the pure western medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes,provide better treatment for patients,help patients to reduce economic burden and which could give them a certain elevated status of improve quality life,as well as provides more safety basis for the use of Qi-Yin Promoting and Blood Circulation Prescription and treatment of diabetes.Methods: The case data in this study were from patients with type 2 diabetes who visited the supervisor's clinic in the department of endocrinology in Guanggu hospital of Hubei traditional Chinese medicine.With the consent of the patients,the patients who met the criteria were divided into the control group and the experimental group in accordance with the order of visit and the principle of random control.A total of 64 patients were included in this study,with 32 patients in the experimental group and the control group.In terms of treatment,we have stipulated whether it's the control group or the treatment group were both given diabetes health knowledge education,the diet and the exercise guidance to the medical staff of our department,The control group received simple western medicine treatment: oral hypoglycemic drug metformin hydrochloride and Sitagliptin phosphate tablets,the experimental group and the control gr oup in the same western medicine treatment on the basis of adding Qi-Yin Promoting and Blood Circulation Prescription.In this experiment,each course of treatment lasted 4 weeks,and there were 2 courses in total.Patients are required to take the medicine according to the doctor's advice,return to the clinic on time,monitor their blood glucose 2-3 times a week,and report to the researcher at any time if there is any reaction.At the end of the trial,relevant test indicators and TCM symptom scores were sorted out before and after the trial,and the relevant statistical methods were analyzed to evaluate the formula for Qi-Yin Promoting and Blood Circulation Prescription as well as the clinical efficacy.Results: 1.Sexual,age,the time of suffering from diabetes and fasting plasma glucose,postprandial blood sugar,two hours before the former treatment glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting C-Peptide,fasting insulin and the accumulated points in Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome before treatment,in the experimental group and control group patients there was no notable difference(p > 0.05),prompted two groups data can be compared between groups.2.The total effective rate after treatment,there was 83.87 percent in experimental group and there was 56.67 percent in the control group,indicating that the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.In the statistical results of the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups after treatment(p < 0.05),the difference between 2 groups is notable and indicating that the comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.The experimental group and control group patients FBG and postprandial 2h BG,Hb A1 C after treatment than before treatment,there was notable difference(p < 0.05)in the statistical results,and the difference between two groups,about of after treatment in patients with postprandial 2h BG statistical results is notable(p < 0.05),and FBG,Hb A1 C statistical result there was no significant difference(p > 0.05),prompt that in terms of the hypoglycemic effect,the treatment group is superior to control group in blood glucose level 2 hours after meal,but there no obvious hypoglycemic advantage in fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.4.After treatment,the fasting C-Peptide level and fasting insulin level of subjects in the two groups compared with that before treatment,with no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05).After treatment,the comparison of fasting C-Peptide level and fasting insulin level between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05),indicating that the experimental group had no obvious advantage over the control group in improving the levels of fasting C-Peptide and fasting insulin.5.About of the accumulated points in Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome of the experimental and control group,compared with the before treatment that after treatment was decreased,and a notable difference could be showed in the statistical results(p < 0.05).That accumulated points statistical results of the two 2 groups after treatment showed a remarkable difference(p < 0.05),indicating that compared with the control group,the experimental group achieved better results of ameliorating the clinical symptoms.And to each Chinese medicine individual symptom improvement has the superiority,among them,the best single symptom of TCM is fatigue,shortness of breath,dry mouth and dry throat,limb pain and numbness.Conclusion: Qi-Yin Promoting and Blood Circulation Prescription in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis type 2 diabetes can reduce the patients' blood glucose level and the combination of western medicine(metformin hydrochloride and Sitagliptin phosphate tablets)was more effective than simple western drug hypoglycemic(metformin hydrochloride and Sitagliptin phosphate tablets)treatment.It has obvious advantages in the treatment effect of 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and clinical symptoms,but no obvious advantages in the improvement of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting C-Peptide levels and fasting insulin.In general,the combination the Qi-Yin Promoting and Blood Circulation Prescription for the treatment of qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis type 2 diabetes is more conducive to the improvement of postprandial blood glucose and a series of related clinical symptoms,which to a certain extent,greatly improves the quality of life of diabetic patients.In this clinical observation study,no adverse reactions occurred in the patients,that is,the medication safety of the formula for Qi-Yin Promoting and Blood Circulation Prescription. |
