Research On Image Management Of Jiangxi Maternal And Child Health Hospital

As the social economy is developing and the medical innovation constantly goes in-depth,the competitions among health care industries are increasingly fierce.How to maintain the advantages and keep further development in the competitions is an important subject for hospital administrators.Shaping a good image of a hospital has a very important impact on the overall display of its own features,the promotion of competitiveness,and the cultivation of a brand.CIS planning is an effective method in organizational image management.Hospital Identity System is a Hospital management method originating from the Corporate Identity System.Based on the theory of CIS,this paper takes Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital as an example and tries to analyze the existing problems and causes in in management of the hospital image establishment with researches on status quo of the hospital and investigation in the internal and external evaluations.It also proposes ideas in regard to building Concept Identity System,Behavior Identity System and Visual Identification System,providing useful reference for overall image establishment and management of the hospital.
