Study On The Relationship Between Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus And Complicated Heart And Macrovascular Events

Purpose：Through a retrospective study to Statistical analyse the correlation betweenthe course of the patients with type2diabetes and the Chronic heart vascularcomplications.Material and method：Refered to304cases of Endocrinology of hospitalizedpatients with type2diabetes in Liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicinewhich accepted the combined Chinese and western medicine treatment. The course isequal to8years as the grouping criteria,divided into short duration group and longduration group, statistical analysis was performed with general condition and myocardialenzyme、ECG positive diagnosis of patients in two groups; Based on this research,Thecourse is equal to2years as the Standard of stratification,statistical analysis wasperformed with myocardial enzyme in each group,and further analysis of the relationshipbetween the risk of cardiac vascular events associated with type2diabetes patients andduration in the conditions of high blood lipid、high blood pressure and different TCMsyndrome types.Results：1.The course is equal to8years as the grouping criteria,the two groups in age, genderand other general showed no significant difference,the myocardial enzyme、ECG positivediagnosis have Significant differences between the short duration group and the long（P<0.05）,during the course of disease from7to9years,CK、CKMB、HBDH showedoverall upward trend;2.When the patients with type2diabetes are in high blood lipid or high blood pressurecondition,the overall upward trend advanced to4-6years and4-9years; 3.On the treatment of type2diabetes in TCM, the trend of deficiency of both qi and Yingroup is between4to6years, and the dampness and heat in spleen group is7-12years.Conclusion：1．The course can be used as an important risk for chronic heart macrovascularcomplications of type2diabetes;2．During the course of disease from7to9years, the possibility of chronic cardiac vesselinjury obviously increased; When the patients with type2diabetes are in high blood lipidor high blood pressure condition, the trend is ahead;3.On the treatment of type2diabetes in TCM,the chronic cardiac complications of thedeficiency of both qi and Yin type occurs earlier than the damp heat retention spleen andtype.
