Based On Large-scale Clinical Study Data, The Risk Factors Of Pediatric Pneumonia And The Efficacy Analysis Of Fujiu Application

Purpose:Based on the general data of previous pediatric pneumonia clinical research data collection,statistical analysis of the data,to explore the related risk factors of pneumonia in children,and the application of V nine sticking to intervene on the related risk factors,stem effect prognosis,for medical therapy in children with pneumonia using the characteristics of risk factors and provide scientific basis.Materials and methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria in this study,a total of 3972 children with pneumonia were collected from February 2011 to January 2016.Methods the data of3972 cases were collected,including demographic data,birth status,origin,birth weight,past history and so on.To establish the clinical database through Excel,using SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis,using single factor X-Test and t test to select related factors,logistic regression analysis,established risk factors and protective factors of pneumonia in children.And to observe the application of nine volts for sticking to the pediatric pneumonia risk factors intervention intervention effect,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria included a total of 475 cases of children,children sticking when finishing the registration materials,later followed up by telephone,recording applications Fu nine occurrence,and the incidence of post onset after spreading disease after the treatment of change in the way of intervening factors of frequency sort through self control method for analysis of incidence,the incidence and pathogenesis of the disease after the change to determine the efficacy of intervention V nine sticking,assess the efficacy of post intervention on children with pneumonia on the related risk factors for nine volts.Result:1.Pneumonia in children with 0~3 years of age,accounting for 58.99%,followed by 4~6years of age accounted for,7~14 accounted for 11.76%.2.Logisticmulti factor regression analysis of past history of respiratory disease,history ofeczema,history of rickets and low birth weight are the independent risk factors of pneumonia in children.Age,weight,birth is a protective factor for infantile pneumonia.3.With the highest incidence of respiratory disease in children with upper respiratory tract infection,two years incidence of respiratory disease eased,upper respiratory infection,bronchitis,pneumonia,asthma,and allergic rhinitis,pharyngitis had obvious difference(P <0.05).4.After the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection,bronchitis,pneumonia,asthma were reduced,the difference between before and after treatment was more significant(P < 0.05).After repeated treatment of pneumonia and bronchitis,the total effective rate was better than that of 1 years after treatment,and the effect of different treatments was significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.the younger the age of children,the higher the incidence of pneumonia,the incidence rate decreased with age.2.The risk factors of pneumonia in children were related to the past history and the birth.The protective factors were related to the age,weight,and the mode of birth.3.The application of Fu Fu nine can reduce the incidence of respiratory diseases in children,reduce the number of treatment,the risk factors of children with pneumonia have intervention,while the clinical efficacy and the treatment period is positively correlated.
