The Clinical Observation Of The Nouirshing Blood And Promoting Blood Circulation Method In Treatment Hypomenorrhea Deficiency With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of nourishing blood and promotingblood circulation method in treatment of hypomenorrhea deficiency with blood stasissyndrome and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:To observation60cases of menstruation blood deficiency with blood stasissyndrome,30cases in the treatment group, takingYangXueYiJing Fang and YangXueHuoXue Fang by medicine Professor,YeQing,Shandong Province, staging treatment; Thereare30cases in the control group, taking FukeZaizao capsule of Chinese medicine, thetherapeutic effect was evaluated after3months.Then observe menstrual and clinicalsymptom score of before and after treatment, the level of serum hormones (FSH, LH, E2),endometrial thickness variation, and the procence or absence of adverse reactions duringtreatment before and after treatment, and statistical analysis the results of the observation.Results: The treatment group of clinical efficacy was86.7%, while the control groupwas70%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The efficientof TCM syndrome in treatment group was90%, while the control group was70%,compared with a very significant difference (P<0.01). In terms of syndromesaccumulate pionts and TCM integral,, the two groups were significantly lower than beforetreatment, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment,serum hormone of E2values of two groups were higher than before, there was significantdifference between the two groups (P<0.05). Two groups of patients after the treatment ofendometrial thickness were thickened, with a very significant difference (P<0.01), therewere significant differences between two groups (P<0.01). There were no adversereactions in this experiment. between two groups (P<0.01). There were no adverse reactions in this experiment.Conclusion:The Clinical efficacy of nourishing blood and promoting bloodcirculation method in the treatment of hypomenorrhea deficiency with blood stasissyndrome is significantly, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical use. Its mechanism may berelated with the nourishing and activating blood herbs can enhance the estrogen level of thepatients, so as to promote endometrial angiogenesis, the increase in endometrial thickness.
