Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cancer-related Fatigue (Deficiency Of Qi And Blood) By Supplementing Qi And Nourishing Blood

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yang xue method in the treatment of Cancer-related fat igue(deficienc y o f q i and blood),so as to provide an effect ive Chinese medic ine int ervent ion program for the treatment of cancer-related fat igue.Methods: a prospective cohort study was used in this study.From Januar y 2019 to December 2019,the Department of onco logy and hematology,Affiliated Hospital o f Changchun Univers it y o f traditio nal Chinese medic ine,72 patients meet ing the inclusio n criteria were rando mly divided into two groups,36 in the control group and 36 in the observat ion group.Control group: basic treat ment+ acupuncture,2 weeks;observat io n grou p: basic t reatment+acupuncture+Yiqi Yangxue prescript ion,2 weeks.Before and 2 weeks after the treatment,TCM syndro me score,Piper Fat igue score and qualit y o f life score were used as the efficacy o bservat ion indexes.All the data recorded in this study will be an alyzed by spss22.0 so ftware.Results: the 72 CRF pat ients meet ing the inclusion criteria were collected,and there were no cases o f falling o ff.The result s showed that there were no significant differences in gender,age,tumor type,operation t ime,co mp licat ions and TCM syndro me score,fat igue scale score and qualit y o f life score before treatment in the observat ion group.After treat ment,the TCM sympto m score in the observat ion group and the treatment group were 15.89 ±4.40 and 21.86±4.12 respect ively,which were improved co mpared with that before treatment,and the difference was stat ist ically significant(P=0.043);in terms of clinical efficiency,83.3% in the observat ion group and 41.7% in the control group,which were significant ly better than that in the control group,and the difference w as statist ically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,the score of fat igue scale in the treatment group was significant ly lower than that in the control group,P value was 0.008,and in the dimensio n o f fat igue(behavior,emotion,feeling,cognit io n),the observat ion group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statist ically significant.After treatment,the qualit y o f life score of tumor patients in the observat ion group was higher than tha t in the contro l group,the difference w as stat ist ically significant(P =0.001).Conclusion: the research results show that the method of Supplement ing Qi and nourishing blood has a definite clinical effect on cancer-related fat igue(deficiency o f q i and blood),which can effect ively relieve fat igue,improve the symptoms of patients in tradit ional Chinese medicine,and improve the qualit y of life.It is worthy of clinical applicat ion and pro motion.
