Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at 11 am on the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen,to study the effect of time factor on insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen,to provide reference and basis for the clinical treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen,to provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of insomnia,and to expand the clinical application of time medicine.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,a total of 72 outpatient patients in the department of acupuncture and moxibustion,affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine,were selected,meeting the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the dialectical criteria of deficiency of the heart and spleen.The patients were aged from 18 to 60 years old.There were 36 cases in acupuncture group.The two groups selected the same acupoints and acupuncture methods,namely baihui,yitang,anmian,sishencong,shenmen,zhaohai,xinshu,PI shu,sanyin jiao,gongsun,yinling spring,yinbai and taibai.The observation group received acupuncture from 9 am to11 am,while the control group received acupuncture at other time points.Acupuncture was performed once a day for 5 consecutive days.After two days of rest,acupuncture was repeated for 5 consecutive days,10 times as a course of treatment,with a total of 2 courses of acupuncture(a total of one month).Before and after treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI)and TCM syndrome scale with deficiency of heart and spleen were used to record the scores.Results: 1.Comparison of scores between the two groups before treatment: the scores of TCM syndromes scale were statistically tested at P >,0.05,indicating no statistical difference;The factors and scores of the Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI)were statistically tested,and P > was 0.05,showing no statistical difference.2.Comparison of scores between the two groups before and after treatment: the scores of TCM syndromes scale before and after treatment were tested,and both groups had P < 0.05,showing statistical difference;The scores of all factors of the Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI)were statistically tested,andthe results showed that there were statistical differences in sleep quality,sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction(P < 0.05).Sleep time,sleep time and sleep efficiency,P >0.05,no statistical difference between the two groups;The total score of PSQI,P < 0.05,was statistically significant.3.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared: the scores of TCM syndromes scale were statistically tested,P < 0.05,indicating a statistical difference;The score of Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI)was statistically tested,P < 0.05,indicating a statistical difference.4.According to the Pittsburgh sleep scale(PSQI),the observation group recovered 3 cases,19 cases showed obvious effect,8 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.75%.In the control group,1 case was cured,3 cases showed obvious effect,23 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.10%.The efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed,P=0.000,P<0.05,showing statistical difference.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture can improve the symptoms of deficiency of the heart and spleen in insomnia patients,and improve the sleep quality.2.Acupuncture group at 11 am was more effective in alleviating the syndrome of deficiency of the heart and spleen,and had significant clinical effect in improving the total score of PSQI(three factors including improvement of sleep quality,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction),all of which were better than acupuncture group.
