| Objective: In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(DPN)treated by "Adjust Zang Dredge Meridian" electroacupuncture, compare the difference between it and mecobalamin in the treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(DPN),discuss the safety and effectiveness of "Adjust Zang Dredge Meridian",and provide new ideas and research directions for the treatment of DPNMethods:From December 2018 to December 2019,64 DPN patients were selected from the endocrinology department and acupuncture department of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital.all patients were required to meet the inclusion criteria and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was yin deficiency and blood stasis type.they were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases,2 cases,30 cases finally)and control group(32 cases,1 case,31 cases finally). While the two groups were given regular hypoglycemic treatment, the control group took mecobalamin tablets orally three times a day and seven days a week. The treatment group was given electro-acupuncture therapy of "Adjust Zang Dredge Meridian" based on the treatment scheme of the control group.Once a day,six times a week, the two groups take 7days as a course of treatment and continuously treat for 4 courses of treatment. After treatment, statistics and comparison are made on the changes of TCM syndrome scores,Toronto clinical neuropathy scoring system(TCSS),Current perception threshold,CPT)of median nerve and common peroneal nerve before and after treatment of the two groups of patients, and statistical analysis is made on the results to finally obtain whether the treatment scheme is effective. Results: 1.Electroacupuncture and mecobalamin therapy of "regulating viscera anddredging collaterals" can improve the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,TCSS scores,CPT values of median nerve and common peroneal nerve of DPN patients(yin deficiency and blood stasis type)and delay the course of disease.2.comparing the changes of TCSS score: after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with CPT changes: compared with the current sensory thresholds of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(p < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Compared with CPT of median nerve and common peroneal nerve between the two groups after treatment(p < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.Electroacupuncture and mecobalamin therapy of "Adjust Zang Dredge Meridian" can improve the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,TCSS scores,CPT values of median nerve and common peroneal nerve of DPN patients(yin deficiency and blood stasis type)and delay the course of disease.2.The curative effect of electroacupuncture of "Adjust Zang Dredge Meridian" on DPN patients(yin deficiency and blood stasis type)is obviously better than that of mecobalamin.Electroacupuncture of "regulating viscera and dredging collaterals" can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome integral and TCSS integral of patients, improve CPT value of patients’ median nerve and common peroneal nerve, obviously improve clinical symptoms of DPN patients, increase nerve conduction velocity of patients and delay disease development.. |
