Clinical Observation Of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction In Treating Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection(Ying Wei Imbalance)

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of infantile recurrent respiratory tract infection with Ying Wei imbalance syndrome,and to analyze the therapeutic advantages and effects of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,so as to provide more effective treatment methods and ideas for clinical treatment of infantile relapse.MethodsA total of 60 patients who met the criteria of case selection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with Spleen Aminopeptide Oral lyophilized powder,while the treatment group used modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis of the control group.After continuous treatment for 3 months,the scores of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,the curative effect of TCM syndromes and the levels of serum immunoglobulin(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M)were compared before and after treatment.After 1 year of follow-up,the disease score comparison and clinical curative effect determination were made.Results(1)TCM syndromes: Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms(complexion,sweating,aversion to wind,appetite,stool)before and after treatment in the two groups,the results showed that the symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment,P<0.05,and the effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Comparing the curative effect of TCM symptoms between the two groups,the efficiency of the control group(80.33%)is lower than that of the treatment group(93.33%),and the difference is statistically significant.(2)The degree of illness:Comparing the the disease degree distribution and score between the two groups before and after treatment,the results show that both groups can improve the degree of illness after treatment,and the treatment group is superior than the control group.Comparingthe clinical effects of the two groups,the efficiency of the treatment group(90.00%)is higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference is statistically significant.(3)Laboratory indexes: Comparing the levels of serum immunoglobulin(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M)before and after the treatment,both groups have improved,and the effect of the treatment group is superior than that of the control group,P<0.05.ConclusionModified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Spleen Aminopeptide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and humoral immune function of children with Ying-Wei imbalance syndrome of recurrent respiratory tract infection.The clinical effect is definite and is worthy of popularization and application.
