Research background:"Shanxi Men's disease school" is the first batch of Chinese medicine academic schools in China,Professor Menjiuzhang is the academic leader of this school,Professor of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,the province's first famous Chinese medicine,enjoy the special allowance of the State Council,one of the leading key disciplines of the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine research,Professor Menjiu has deep attainments.He advocated the use of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of difficult and serious illness,and made a major breakthrough at this level.For many years,Professor Menjiu has applied the idea of "functional five states" to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,thus accumulating rich experience in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Through sorting out its outpatient medical records for nearly a year,we can go deep To analyze and summarize its clinical experience.Research purpose:Relying on theoretical study and clinical practice,we should grasp the academic thought formed by Professor Menjiuzhang based on clinical application,firmly grasp the clinical diagnosis and treatment methods of some diseases,especially focus on Professor Men's experience in the clinical application of Yigong Powder in children for more than 30 years,and deeply understand the profound connotation of Professor Men's theory of "serious illness and stomach ".Through the study of theoretical knowledge to guide the clinical application of children Yigong Powder,and then through the clinical practice of this prescription to improve and enrich the relevant theory,in order to ensure that the prescription in the future clinical practice can obtain a more ideal effect.Research contents and methods:In the course of following up,I mainly adopted four research methods,namely,consulting professor's important works,collecting and sorting out medical cases with professor's clinical application,actively participating in professor's special lecture activities and accompanying professor's visits;according to the medical records from March 2018 toMarch 2019,according to the professor's methods of treating diseases by means of data mining,providing theoretical guidance for further inheriting his academic thought and summarizing his experience.Using the "Outpatient Medical Record Entry System" to Collect Professor of the Nine Chapters on the Lack of Function According to the data of medical records included in the standard,the data analysis and experience summary of 508 medical cases that met the standard were carried out by using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results:Through the data analysis,there is no obvious gender difference in the application of Xigong Powder in children,young and middle-aged and elderly patients;the use time is mainly concentrated in the spring and autumn two seasons;in the five functional states,the deficiency of function is the most common,accounting for about 68% of the total cases.Conclusion:In combination with the concept and theory of functional state and the understanding of the law of disease over the years,the professor put forward that "syndrome" is the academic thought of functional state.It not only grasps the core of TCM diagnosis and treatment,but also practices the science of TCM understanding disease.In this study,it was concluded that most of the patients were seriously ill and chronically ill.As far as the pulse was concerned,most of them were both heavy and thin veins.As far as the tongue coating was concerned,most of them were thin and white fur.Yogong San is the representative prescription for such diseases.
