| Objective:The thought of protecting stomach qi is one of the principles of treatmentof typhoid fever,and it is also an important guiding ideology of treating diseases,especially chronic and difficult diseases in clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to carry out systematic research on chronic and difficult diseases from the perspective of protecting stomach qi.The United prescription group is a unique prescription form gradually explored by Mr.menchunde in his clinical symptoms for many years,and it is also one of the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of the first batch of academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanxi.As a popular form of prescription,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth study on the law of syndrome and treatment of "protecting stomach qi" in the treatment of diseases.In the treatment process,the "preserving stomach qi" is the most important factor in the treatment of the disease,so that the body can maintain its vitality and reduce the incidence rate of diseases.It is of great significance to cure diseases and maintain health.In this paper,the detailed medical records recorded by Professor menjiuzhang in one year(December 2015 to December 2016)were collected,and the application rules of the idea of protecting stomach qi in the combined group were summarized,so as to provide a reference for clinical expansion of the application of the combined group.Methods:Collect all the detailed medical records of Professor menjiuzhang in one year(December 2015 to December 2016),and record the patient's name,gender,age,symptoms,past medical history,number of follow-up visits,number of prescription groups and the name of each prescription in the prescription group.Create the original database,use the statistical method of frequency analysis to make statistical analysis,make statistical analysis of the specific prescriptions applying the idea of Stomach Qi preservation,analyze the frequency of the use of the prescriptions in the combination group,and the frequency of the occurrence in various departments(Systems)diseases.This paper makes statistics on the combination of prescriptions,especially the distribution of prescriptions in different diseases.Results:In the collected cases,the idea of protecting stomach qi is widely used in the combination group,in internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,facial features and so on.Among the 500 cases,374 cases were treated with the formula of keeping stomach qi,accounting for 74.80%.Among all kinds of diseases,196 cases(39.20%)were internal diseases,and 71 cases(14.20%)were surgical diseases.Among the internal diseases,digestive system diseases accounted for the highest proportion,59 cases,accounting for 30.10%;respiratory system diseases 24 cases,accounting for 12.24%;nervous system diseases 39 cases,accounting for 19.90%;endocrine system diseases 17 cases,accounting for 8.67%;urinary system diseases 29 cases,accounting for 14.80%;rheumatic diseases 14 cases,accounting for 7.14%;blood system diseases 3 cases,accounting for 1.53%,cardiovascular system diseases 11 cases,accounting for 5.61%.Licorice was the most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine(468 cases,93.60%),followed by Atractylodes macrocephala,ginseng and Poria Cocos(436 cases,422 cases and 415 cases respectively).Li Zhong Tang is the most commonly used prescription in respiratory system.In gynecology,surgery,digestive system,nervous system,endocrine system,urinary system and other system diseases,the most commonly used prescription is Liujunzi Tang.The use of traditional Chinese medicine for protecting stomach qi in various diseases of the system.Poria cocos is the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in nervous system and urinary system.Glycyrrhiza uralensis is the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for protecting stomach qi in gynecology,surgery,digestive system,endocrine system,respiratory system and other system diseases.The functions of baoweiqi formula were further subdivided,in which 230 Qi tonics were used,accounting for 46.00%,the most,followed by warming the spleen and removing dampness,accounting for 19.20% and 8.80%,respectively.Conclusion:Through the results of the research,the application characteristics of the idea of protecting stomach qi in the combined group were clarified,that is,the stomach is the basis of serious disease,the stomach is the basis of long-term disease,the stomach is the basis of calming people.At the same time of treating all kinds of diseases,we should take "protecting stomach qi" as the fundamental policy,insist on not hurting stomach qi,nourishing stomach qi,and maintaining the healthy qi of human body,in order to "keep the healthy qi sufficient,then all evils will subside". |
