| Objective: By observing the clinical effect of cotton-paved moxibustion in treating chronic eczema,the efficacy and safety of cotton-paved moxibustion in treating chronic eczema were evaluated scientifically and objectively,which provided clinical basis for its application and popularization in the future,and better served the patients.Methods :In this study,66 patients with chronic eczema who met the inclusion criteria and voluntarily signed informed consent were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,and 33 cases were each in the two groups.The treatment group was treated with cotton-spread moxibustion once a day,and the control group was treated with compound flumisone ointment and applied once a day in the skin lesions in the morning and evening.The DLQI score,EASI score,VAS score and adverse reactions were observed and recorded before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 3weeks after treatment,and followed up in the first month after treatment to treat the recurrence of treatment group and control group Record the situation.Data collection is processed and analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results :(1)A total of 66 cases were included in this study,2 cases fell off,2cases were eliminated,62 cases were actually completed,and 31 cases were each in the treatment group and the control group.The general situation(sex,age,course of disease)and VAS score,EASI score and DLQI score of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were compared before treatment.The difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05)and was comparable.(2)VAS score and efficacy comparison: the VAS scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased after 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate VAS the treatment group was 100%,which was 74.19% higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in EASI scores between the two groups after 1 week of treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment,the EASI scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).),after 2 weeks of treatment and 3 weeks after treatment,the difference was significant between the two groups EASI scores(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.55%,was higher than the total effective rate of the control group 83.57%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The DLQI scores of the control group decreased after 1 week,2 weeks and 3weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the DLQI scores of the control group had no statistical difference before treatment(PP<0.05).The DLQI scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group after 1 week,2weeks and 3 weeks of treatment.There was a general difference in DLQI scores between the two groups dical significance(P<0.05).(5)Safety evaluation: No adverse events occurred in both groups during the study period.(6)Comparison of recurrence: the first month follow-up after the end of the treatment cycle,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.45%,which was lower than the recurrence rate of the control group 35.48%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Moxibustion is effective in the treatment of chronic eczema.Compared with compound flumisone ointment,it has obvious advantages in relieving itching degree,improving skin lesions,improving quality of life and controlling disease recurrence.It is a safe and reliable treatment method with long-term effect guarantee. |
