| Objective:Through clinical randomized controlled trials, observe and compare the effects of Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction and Vitamin D on atherosclerosis-related observation indicators of patients with type 2 diabetes with phlegm and blood stasis.Application in patients with type 2 diabetes atherosclerosis provides a practical basis. Methods:According to the principle of randomization and control, patients who meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria are divided into 3 groups. One group is a conventional treatment group for conventional treatment;one group is a traditional Chinese medicine intervention group, which is treated with Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction based on conventional treatment;another group is a western medicine intervention group, which is given vitamin D(500IU/ Day)treatment. There were 52 cases in each group, and 151 cases were completed in the end.Two cases of Chinese medicine intervention group and one of Western medicine intervention group fell off,and one case of conventional treatment group fell off. After three months of intervention, the symptoms, plasma atherosclerosis index and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes of the three groups were compared, and the Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction, and the symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis type 2 diabetes patients after vitamin D intervention were investigated.Effects of plasma atherosclerosis index and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes.Results:1.Baseline comparison: There were no significant differences in gender, age, and course of disease among the three groups. There was no statistical difference between the plasma atherosclerosis index, glucose and lipid metabolism indexes, and the scores for the evaluation of the efficacy of TCM diabetic syndrome before treatment. The three groups were comparable;2.Comparison within the group:After 3 months of treatment in the three groups of patients, conventional treatment, conventional treatment + Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction treatment and vitamin D treatment can improve the FPG,PBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,AIP and judgment scores of curative effect of TCM symptom(P <0.05);3.Comparison between groups: After 3 months of treatment, conventional treatment+ Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction can significantly improve the FPG,PBG,HbA1c and TCM diabetic syndrome judgment scores of the enrolled patients.(P <0.05).Conventional treatment + Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction treatment and conventional treatment +vitamin D treatment have no significant difference in improving TC(P>0.05),but the efficacy is better than conventional treatment.Conventional treatment + vitamin D treatment can significantly improve the FPG,PBG,HbA1c of the enrolled patients, but there is no statistical significance compared with the conventional treatment group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and AIP by conventional treatment, conventional treatment + Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction and conventional treatment + vitamin D treatment(P> 0.05);4.Efficacy comparison: Conventional treatment + Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction is better than conventional treatment and conventional treatment + vitamin D treatment(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between conventional treatment + vitamin D treatment and conventional treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and related indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type2 diabetes mellitus complicated with atherosclerosis and atherosclerosis.Taohongsiwutangjiajian Decoction can achieve activating blood、removing blood stasis、expectorant and dampness.Simultaneously,It can effectively target the three pathological products of phlegm、dampness and stasis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and atherosclerosis, which is worthy of further research and promotion. The correlation between vitamin D and the symptoms and related metabolic indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with phlegm and blood stasis and type 2 diabetes mellitus is unclear, and further research is needed. |
