The Clinical Observation On Effect Of Qiqi Yishen Capsule On Residual Renal Function In Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

Objective:To observe the effect of Qiqi Yishen Capsule on residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis(PD)patients,to explore the effectiveness of the drug in delaying residual renal dysfunction in PD patients,and to provide the basis for the application of the drug in the treatment of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods : selected 90 patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)persistent ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)who met the inclusion criteria from september2018 to september 2019 in the nephrology department of shanxi traditional chinese medicine hospital..According to the random number table divided into two groups,the treatment group 45 cases on dialysis treatment and western medicine basic treatment plus Qiqi Yishen Capsule treatment,the control group 45 cases only use dialysis treatment and western medicine basic treatment,3 months a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 6 months.The changes of urine volume,hemoglobin(Hb),plasma albumin(Alb),serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were observed in the two groups before and after treatment and calculated the mean decrease of the rkt/v?rCCr of the two groups as the evaluation index of residual renal function,and observed the changes of TCM symptoms in the two groups,and made a cumulative component comparison.Results:Six months after treatment :(1)rkt/v?rCCr:the rKT/V?rCcr of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average decrease of rkt/v?rCCr was smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05);(2)24h Urine volume: the decrease rate of 24 h urine volume in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P?0.05);(3)Hb?Alb?Scr?BUN: the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)TCM syndrome efficacy: the effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%,the control group44.22%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);(5)TCM syndrome score: fatigue,shortness of breath,lack of food,low back pain,abdominal distention,face or limb swelling,skin nail fault or limb numbness,weak waist and knee,loose stool scale or astringent stagnation and other single symptom scores decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiqi Yishen Capsule can delay the rate of residual renal dysfunction in PD patients,delay the speed of the decrease of urine volume and maintain the level of Hb?Alb in patients;It can also improve the clinical symptoms of peritoneal dialysis patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
